    SEPTEMBER 20,2022 I WENT TO THE BUSINESS OF DS AUTO TOO LOOK AT A ***. SOME WEEKS DOWN THE **** IT WAS DRIVING WEIRD I TOOK IT TOO ******************* ( ************************************************************************* ***********)) THE *** technician TOLD ME THAT IT WAS ONLY SHIFTING HARD AND WEIRD CAUSE IT HADNT BEEN DRIVEN IN AWHILE .FAST FORWARD TO DECEMBER 2 I JUST CAME OFF VACATION IN THE BAHAMS DRIVING FROM ******* TO ** WITH MY FIANCE AND WE REALIZE THE ***** WIRES IS SHOWING WHICH WAS WEIRD CAUSE THE *** HADNT BEEN DRIVEN FAR AND THEY WERE NEW FROM THE PURCHASE. WE TOOK IT TOO GET NEW ***** AND THEN ANOTHER SHOP TO GET A ALIGNMENT WHERE THEY INFORMED US THEY COULDNT DO IT CAUSE THE **** RODS AND ***** WORK UNDER THE *** WAS SO BENT AND IT LOOKED LIKE SOME DID SOME WORK TOO COVER UP SOME WORK THAT WAS DONE BUT HE COULD TELL IT WAS DONE AWHILE BACK WAY PRIOR TO ME HAVING IT WITHIN THE LAST 2 MONTHS. BUT HE TOLD US THAT WE WOULD STILL MAKE IT HOME BUT NEED TOO GET SOME NEW PARTS AND HAVE SOMEONE LOOK INTO WHAT WAS DONE TOO IT . BUT WE DIDNT MAKE IT HOME . INSTEAD WE STOPPED FOR GAS BEFORE HEADING BACK TO ** AND THE *** COMPLETELY LOCKED UP. EVEYRHTING ON THE **** BOARD APPERARED AND THE *** WASNT WORKING. I GOT IT TOWED TO THE NERAREST DEALERSHIP FOR THEM TOO LOOK AT IT THE NEXT DAY. MIND YOU WE ARE NOW IN ******* WITHOUT A *** AND IN A HOTEL THE NEXT DAY WE GET A CALL FROM THE DEALERSHIP ASKING IF I KNEW THE *** WAS IN A PRIOR ACCIDENT I TELL THEM NO CAUSE I LOOKED AT THE *** FAX AND IT WAS CLEAN.THEY PROCEED TOO TELL ME THAT THE *** LOOKS AS IF IT WAS IN A PRIOR ACCIDENT AND THAT THE ***** OF THE *** LOOKDS DAMAGE AND RE PUT BACK TOGETHER AND SO MANY OTHER COMPONENTS THAT WAS FAILED AND NOT WORKING AND I WAS SOLD A DAMAGED AND FAULTY ***. A ILLEGAL *** BECAUSE THIS WAS NOT ON THE *** FAX. THE DAMAGES WAS WORTH ***** WORTH OF DAMAGE.I CALLED MY INSURANCE TO HAVE THEM COVER IT BUT THEY COULDNT AND WOULDNT COVER IT CAUSE AS STATED BY THE MECHANICS IT WASNT DONE ON MY BEHALF SO THEY COULDNT COVER SOMETHING THAT I WASNT AT FAULT FOR AND DIDNT CAUSE DAMAGE TOO THE ***.I proceeded TOO LET ********************* KNOW BUT HE DIDNT SEEM CONCERNED , IN FACT HE STOPPED RETURNING MY CALLS , HE BLOCKED ME. AND THEN DIDNT HELP ME GET THE title PUT IN MY NAME SO I AM LEFT WITH A *** LOAN ON A *** THAT I CANT EVEN TRADE IN , I CANT DO ANYTHING BUT PAY ON SOMETHING THAT ISNT WORKING AND ISNT WORKING NOT BECAUSE OF ME . BUT BECAUSE THE NEGLECT THAT THIS BUSSINESS MAN HAS DONE.THE LOAN COMPANY HAS BEEN TRYING TO HELP ME THESE PAST 5 MONTHS BUT NOTHING .THEY SAID THEY WOULD HELP AND NACK ME UP IF I WAS TOO FILE A COMOLAINT CAUSE ITS NOTHING ELSE TO BE DONE.WE GAVE TIME , MONTHS OF ME PAYING ON SOMETHING THIS IS MY LAST RESORT. I AM A DISABLED ARMY VETERAN , I AM A MOTHER OF TWO , I AM AT MY LAST ON PAYING A 300 *** NOTE AND NOT BEING ABLE TO GET TRANSPORATIONS.RENTING A *** IS ************************************************************************************************************************** ANYTHING .PLEASE HELP ME

    He don't stand by his vehicles I brought a car 2011 ************* limited within 90 days the transmission went out!! I paid $4000 cash for the car. After speaking with him about the car. I told him I will call him back about the status of the car. After the diagnostic test!! I called that *** and after week I got back in contact with him his wife texted me back about he was on vacation with them and he was with his Family!! And he will get back in contact with me!! Never less which he didn't do. So I happens to ride by the dealership and he were there. So I spoke with the gentleman about my car and what could he do to help me out to get it straightened out at least go half on the labor. I were willing to buy a transmission that cost $2500. But to no avail the answer was No!!! Bad Business Man!!! And very selfish as well. So to any customers out there shopping around for a car and willing to pay cash like I have stay far far away because I wouldn't want that to happen to you. Read the fine print request for a Engine warranty for at least 90 days purchased a used vehicle as is!!! Didn't drive 90 days and had ****** at time of purchase. And i just put ******* on the car. So be safe and be aware of shiesty business man and selfish ones at that. They have Family and we do as well and especially when you work hard for you money #??Stay alert and be Blessed people!! ?????
