      Simply Sold Properties, specifically Liam ****** is running a business without pulling permits to make sure the properties that he is selling is up to code. I am a new homeowner to one of his flips and he absolutely violated the law by not pulling permits to make sure that the environment was safe for future buyers. The inspector only sees what he sees and the problems run deep in the plumbing and electric beyond an inspector's view. Liam was remorseful at first and wanted to make things right and safe for me and my kids as I am a single mom but quickly ghosted and avoided the situation. I will be filing evert possible complaint I can to be sure this business goes down for unsafe practices. My home is not fixed and Liam has gone missing to emails and texts.
