  Santos completed a large job at our sons house a few years ago and he did an outstanding job. Not only did the job look great immediately after it was finished, it has also held up perfectly well to this day without any problems. The roads in our neighborhood were redone recently and consequently large ditches were created along the property border (approximately 160 ft) in order to bring the neighborhood roads up to current code. The large ditches did not look very good but worse, they were hard to mow and made parking cars on the edge of the property impossible. Because of the excellent job that Santos performed at our sons house we knew exactly who we needed to call. Santos promptly came out and we discussed the various options that we had to remedy this situation. Santos discussed the pros and cons of the different options and we together chose the plan that best fit our situation. Santos provided a clear and transparent contract which I very much appreciated. Once the job was started, his team worked diligently and efficiently. Santos and his employees were all very polite. Upon completion of the job, the final product exceeded my expectations. Santos reviewed the final product with us to make for sure that we were fully pleased and left without any final wants or concerns. Santos reviewed ways to help establish new grass in order maximize the success of our lawn. Upon completion of the project, it was very important to Santos that he made us aware that if any problems or concerns were to arise that he did not want us to hesitate to call him. At the time of writing this review, Santos has an A+ BBB rating and I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt that he deserves this rating. If you have a waterproofing, drainage, or landscaping project I would not hesitate to contact Santos.

  I’m a general contractor who met Santos on another job. I was pleased with the work he did there and how he went above and beyond to meet the costumers needs. I hired him to do the waterproofing on new construction homes I’m building. I do not have to stand over him and his crew to make sure they are doing the right thing. I made check ups to see if he needed anything that was it. Always there when he scheduled. I recommend him to anyone.

  Excellent, very professional, best customer satisfaction Our backyard had drainage problems for years. After trying failed “handy-man” techniques, we finally decided to hire a professional. After researching landscaping and drainage specialists, we selected Santos Drainage & Landscaping. Santos offered particularly good advice and suggested leveling and two yard drains. The other side of the backyard had an exceptionally large depression (not deep, just wide) that collected standing water after every rain. We thought was very reasonable considering the amount of work involved, and if he could solve our problems, it would be well worth his estimate. He completed the work ahead of schedule and the yard looked incredible. He installed two yard drains, hooked them up to two existing drains, filled in the large depression in the other side of the yard, and seeded the half where we wanted grass. He advised me to immediately cover the unseeded areas with hardwood mulch since the yard had an incline to it and would have erosion if it rained. Wanting to save money, I told Santos that I would spread the mulch myself. Several days later we had a heavy rain which did exactly what he warned me about. Bad erosion. I called Santos to get advice. Our contract was complete, and Santos had no responsibility for the erosion. Instead, he immediately came out and worked the day moving dirt back to the areas that had eroded. He also installed netting that would keep the erosion in check until we added the mulch. Then, he went out, picked up the needed mulch and delivered it the next day at a very reasonable price. He even loaned me his pitchfork to assist in the application of mulch. I cannot say enough good things about Santos. Santos is more like a trusted friend than a contractor. I have never called or texted him without an immediate response. His advice is always spot-on. Thank you, Santos, for a backyard that came out much better than we anticipated!

  We hired Santos to fix a drainage problem in our backyard. He did an excellent job and we had no more flooding in the house. I would definitely use him again.

  I had 11 trees removed from my backyard to make better use of my property. Once trees were removed, Santos removed the huge root balls, graded the lot to my specifications and made an excellent referral for a concrete expert. He returned to the job site with the concrete crew to ensure the work was to their specifications. Very professional and respectful of your property which sometimes is not the case with contract work.

  Very happy with the Landscapping from Santos! He is very knowledgable in water issues and drainage. This was my second job for him and he did a great job both times. I highly recommend him to my friends and others. ******* **

  We are very pleased with the job Santo's did. He and his crew showed up as scheduled, did a very professional job re-waterproofing our basement, replacing the french drain , and restoring our landscaping exactly the way we wanted. He was very respectful of our property and anxious to please us. I highly recommend him.
