Awful. It took nearly 3 months for them to finish..and I use the word 'finish lightly here. They hardly ever showed up when they said they would, and when they didn't show up they never gave a notice. They just didn't show up. The voicemail of the main number is ALWAYS full and the lady answer maybe 2/5 times, so when you can't get through you can't even leave a message. The work they did manage to finish, turned out that it was half-***** and had to be re-done completely by another company. It took this other company a day to re-do a job that took Architechual Waterproofing over 3 months to finish. They used the cheapest concrete and the wrong grade. And the gutters? Those were never even completed. The last time I saw or even heard from this company was when they came to clean up like a few handfuls of the large pile of concrete left on the side of my house, and then left because they hadn't brought shovels even though they knew this was the purpose of them coming by. Then after that complete silence... multiple phone calls, emails, texts...no replies. Completely ghosted. Also, they hired a new electrical contractor to come install a new breaker because they couldn't get their usual guy to show up. Told this guy that we were only 30 minutes away, ended up being over a 2 hour drive for him. They also told him that someone would be here from their company to pay him, there wasn't. I got a call from the electrician a few weeks later and learned that he hadn't been paid and was also being ghosted. Do NOT use this company! Please save yourself the headache and money.
