On September 16, 2023 my wife and I purchased a **** **** ***** Pickup from Premier Trucks and Imports, LLC. The transaction went smoothly with no apparent red flags. We paid for the truck by personal check with the understanding that the title would be mailed once the check cleared Premier's bank. The check cleared Tuesday September 19, 2023. The dealer promised verb***y to replace a broken cab light with a brand new set of cab lights and reimburse us for 1/2 tank of fuel and provide us with a copy of the Carfax report and photo copy of the title. The salesperson, Griffin H*** was working by himself when another customer came in. We agreed that Griffin would mail the title, light set, Carfax Report and reimburse us by check for 1/2 tank of fuel. We were assured that the Dealership had no intention to do otherwise. We left the dealership. In the days and weeks that followed we had difficultly in getting anyone to answer the phone in regard to the undelivered title. Griffin H*** was unable to give any clear indication of what the holdup was. Griffin grew tired of my c***s and directed me to his father for some answers. His father, Michael H*** said there was a problem where he had purchased the truck because someone had signed the title incorrectly. We waited patiently for a resolution. The first set of temporary tags expired and Michael H*** did issue another set. Now the second set of temporary tags are expired by over a month. Mr. H*** sent a text message on Friday December 15 that he would be shutting his doors and that the DMV would be handling the situation. I use this truck daily and cannot do my work without it. Is the truck stolen? Is it floor planned at a bank holding the title as security? These are questions that I have asked and can get no clear answer. My complaint may not benefit me, but consumers need to understand that any business operated by Griffin or Michael H*** bears watching. Thank you for taking this matter seriously. ****** *******

September 23rd, 2023 I drove from ******** to Premier Trucks and Imports LLC to purchase a vehicle. The vehicle looked good and was purchased with a check from my financial institution. October 20th, 2023 I reached out for the first time in regards to the title due to the temp tags expiring within a few days. I was told they would check on the title and get back to me. Never heard back. I have since then reached out 7 additional times asking for information on the title. The salesman has responded with meaningless responses and the owner of the business has dodged my calls and texts, It is now day 73 with no title, I am unable to drive the vehicle because of expired tags, and I have received zero information as to when I should expect the title.

Aquire the title so I can register the vehicle in ********.
