    TruNorth charged $31,000 for only drying out the moisture in my house, but then sent me back a credit of only $9,108.00 for me to find another contractor. During this whole time from start of 8/25 to October 25 I was displaced for 2 months cause they were wanting more money from the insurance company and would not work on my house. Total quote for work was $56,000. Insurance adjustor even thinks this is way over. I've since then had to get another contractor in to finish the work that TruNorth would not finish. Very bad customer service and work. Now the insurance agent can't get returned calls back from them or get him to come in. Would not recommend.
