      IF YOU WANT A BAD EXPERINCE GO TO PARKER!! look down through the reviews. all the bad ones have to do with service. i will say the sales team has been excellent it all falls apart when it comes to service. If I were owner or manager I would think really think hard about cleaning house in the service department. I bought a tractor from parker 2 years ago for $35k. When i bought it they said they would come service it. when it came time for service turns out that isn't true. they charge $300 to come get it and it will sit in their yard for 3 weeks until they get it in the shop. Disappointing but what can you do. My parents wanted to pay for a service and buy some addons for me while they were in the states. I scheduled a service pickup about 6 weeks ago. took the day off work called the morning of to confirm. Was told by ***** it would be after noon they had a couple runs in the morning. ***** called again at 4:40pm to tell me he just got back from another run but they would not be coming today. I thought to my self must be really nice to start at 9am and end at 4:40pm for a job. I don't know what the point of scheduling it if your not going to make it. I lost a day of pay sitting around waiting for them. When someone schedules that far in advance you would think it would be some sort of priority. i will be finding another Kabota dealership to do bossiness with.

      ****************, We apologize, and apologized for not being able to get your tractor picked up on the scheduled day. As we discussed we can be there first thing in the morning. We scheduled your pickup on 8/4/23 for 8/16/23. Unfortunately we were not able to get there today as some of our pickups and deliveries took longer than expected. Based on your address you provided your pickup and delivery would be our minimum charge which is $50 for pickup and $50 for delivery for a total of $100, not $300. The service you are requesting would be additional based on the hours of your tractor. We advised that our general turn was 2 - 3 weeks. We also discussed that we would get your tractor in just as soon as I could but it would not be the same day we picked up the tractor. We also Called the following morning to see if you wanted us to pick up the tractor to which you declined.
