      I ordered new doors when they arrived they told me to look at the boxes and see if theres any damage the boxes were in excellent condition and the shipping driver said everything should be good, I had the driver put them in my garage and they were never moved when the contractor opened the box the doors were damaged and unusable. I contacted store where I bought them and they told me I had 15 days to report a problem they sat in my garage for 30 days until my contractor had an open date to install them. The place I bought them said it must have been the shipping company that they dropped it and now I have broken doors that are useless and out over $1,000.00 so Im hoping maybe you can help me

      I ordered a tub and shower surround for my elderly parents. The delivery company couldnt deliver using a semi truck and the Mobile Home Parts Store would not make different arrangements with a box truck. They just wanted us to meet the delivery truck at a random location at a random time. And if I tried to return it, they wanted me to pay shipping costs even though they are the ones who could figure out how to deliver to an address that receives *********** etc deliveries. I am waiting to hear the cost of hiring a box truck to get my delivery. I should not have to pay for that. It should have been part of the delivery promised.

      Ordered new windows with a 6 wks delivery date. No updates, no tracking number until a delivery company called stating they had my order after 13 weeks. They then demanded that I take off work to accept the delivery (I paid $300 for) between 10am & 3pm Mon -fri. They refuse to delivery outside that narrow window of time. Then suggest that I pick them up myself or accept from my office in a 2 seater convertible.Refuse any assistance and prefer to receive order back 4 states away than bring 10 remaining miles.Thieves and liars.

      On 4/20/23 I ordered (order #******) skirting from Mobile Home Parts Store. This was an online order. I contacted the business and spoke with a woman about the colors before I placed the order. I specifically asked her if the "sand" color was a beige color. She told me that she was pretty sure it was the same. My reason for this call was to insure I didn't order the wrong color as I was paying $945.54 for this order. The woman I talked to didn't appear very knowledgeable about their products and sounded like I was bothering her. But I believed her about the color and placed the order. The order was delivered 4/28/23. I opened 3 box to make sure there was no damage. I found that the vented skirting was white in color. It doesn't have a "sand" look to it. And certainly nothing close to a beige color. I contacted the business and spoke to a Ms. ******* I explained to her that I did contact them before I placed the order and was assured that the colors were close to being the same. She said she couldn't do anything and that it was my problem as I got what I ordered. She said she was sorry and gave me a return number that I can use to get my money back. Only problem is that it will cost me more to ship it back than what my refund will be. ($458.73) She assured me that they could do nothing at all for me. And refused any help with the shipping. I asked if I could speak with the manager. She told me she was it and there wasn't anyone I could speak with. She did tell me I could filed a complaint with the BBB, then the owner would have to handle it. So, I am doing what she recommended. A person can expect no customer relations from this business.

      SINCE COMPLAINT OPENED, WE HAVE SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR WRONG PRODUCT SENT OUT.  HE IS HAPPY WITH RESOLUTION.

      I placed an order (PO #******--778216) for $1700 for a tub and shower surround on 3/15. I was charged on 3/17. The website said 1-2 business day shipping TF and 5-7 business for delivery (it has since been updatedto say 3-4 weeks). I waited a week and didn't hear anything about shipment so I asked for an update. They told me 2 weeks because their 'website can't see their inventory'?... anyway, waited the 2 weeks only to receive the same message from them a second time. Then another email said 2-3 weeks and now the website says 3-4 weeks?... I asked them to cancel my order (they previously said I could up until shipment) and I asked for an immediate refund so im not charged interest for the product they never had. I have yet to receive it nor did I get a cancelation confirmation. This company is so unprofessional. I suspect they're waiting to ship it to deny the refund. I want to be done with this nightmare and get my money back. I need a tub!

      The customer did cancel order due to not having product to ship, waited, and shipment did arrive but unfortunately we allocate product oldest to newest orders and did not get in enough to allocate to order.  So customer cancelled for full refund on 4/5/23, and informed would be processed back in 5 to 7 business days, We fully refunded all money due on 4/11/23.

      I ordered and had delivered deck stairs and two railings last summer. Both railings were broken. They have yet to send replacement railings. They now are not responding to my emails nor my phone calls. I want a refund.

      I ordered a product from this company and they claimed they sent via **** I asked for a tracking number which they provided a number, but it would not show anything tracking. I called *** to verify the address and they would not verify the address for the tracking I was given. I spoke with a representative from the Mobile Home Parts Store to make this right and they credited me the money for the product, but would not refund the shipping fee even though I believe they did not ship it. I have had many packages delivered to my home over the 22 years I have lived here. The company told me they restocked the product and I could go online and buy again, but I would have to pay the $22 shipping fee again. I feel like they are just keeping the shipping fee and never sent the product to begin with.

      On 10/2/21 I tried to purchase a door it took 2 weeks of hassle because they had some problem with my email witch I've had for 15 years the same one..fine..When they finally stopped rejecting it..I tried to order the door ..I finally got them to let me order the door I put in all my information and everything needed for this...I put in my address and it was 147 for shipping and they calculated everything and it said delivery in 3 weeks.....the next afternoon they messaged me and said 12 weeks...so I messaged them about how it doesn't take 12 weeks to ship anything anywhere in the world and I just get the run around told them I was going to file a complaint with the bbb...witch is my right as a consumer. Now today wensday Nov 3rd....they sent me a email saying they are not going to sell me the door and my money will be refunded..Because they said because I have a problem with there shipping and because I contacted the bbb about them now refuse to give me what I bought....

      I ordered doors online Aug 16, 2021 , paid in full, and have not received them. I've called for an update 4 times and ******** tells me they have not received the doors and she can't even tell me who is making them or give me an estimation of when they will be shipped... I am so frustrated. When ordered, I was told 8 wks for delivery.
