Ordered a door in Sept 2021. https://mobilehomepartsstore.com/ website says they have quick processing and and shipping. I call mid Sept was told they did not have honeycomb packaging to send door, the honeycomb will be there that week and be shipped soon, I call again today. I was told they have honeycomb for packing but are short staff so they have no idea when they will send my door because they are packing things in order and they are working on orders from March 2021 they cannot tell me when my door will be shipped because I just ordered the door. I ask for manager I was told she is on vacation. I was asked several times if I just want to cancel the door. Clearly I need the door I just nee to know whenI will get it since I'm moving. I ask when she will be back I was told they have no idea she told no one she was going on vacation. I just want to understand why this business is so rude and cannot give you honest answers.
