            BBB files indicate this business has a pattern of complaints concerning orders, refunds and communication after purchase.  Customers allege they have placed orders, but the orders were never received, or the orders were received with incorrect items. Customers are unable to reach the business by phone or email in regards to issues with their orders.  Some customers are promised a return label for incorrect items and refunds, although most customers indicate they never received return labels or refunds for incorrect or missing orders.  On June 9, 2022, BBB submitted a written request to the business asking them to address the pattern,  8 unanswered and 8 unresolved complaints.   As of July 27 2022, BBB has not received a response from the business.

            I placed an order for collapsible barrels in April 2023. They went out of stock after I placed my order. It took 2 months for someone to get back to me. No one would answer the phone or email me back. I finally got a text about the barrels around June 23 being on back order. I was given the option to wait a bit longer (they said 3 weeks) or get a refund. At the time I decided to wait, when 3 weeks passed, I contacted them asking them for a refund. They responded but did not send the refund… I have been trying to contact them since July of 2023 for a refund. It is now January 2024 and still nothing. I was trying to be understanding but the time that has passed is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
