  I gave this company a deposit on a metal building in January of ****************************************************** four to six weeks it is **** of 2024 I have yet to receive anything I have reached out to them about getting my money back and they will not give me my money back or anything

  I made a deposit for a metal barn on Jan 16, 2024. I have been requesting certified drawings which I was told was mailed twice to me and emailed at least twice and I have received nothing. I requested to talk with the scheduler and again nothing. I have requested multiple to cancel the order and give me a refund. I keep getting the run around. They say they will call me and don't. All I want is my refund for $15000.

  3 years ago we went to Unriveled builders to buy a 3 bay metal garage. We put down money and have since received nothing but excuses why we do not have our building. They will not return our phone calls. It has been so long our building permit has expired which we spent around 400 on. We have been given excuse after excuse. I have emails with all their lies and deceptive promises. We gave them money in good faith. We have been ready for our building since day one but have been given the run around. It is NO fault of ours the building is not here. This is a breech of contract on their part. We have been told so many things I do not believe anything they say. I feel they do not want to honor the price we were given. I called the builder they said they were using for our building and they informed us that no order had been placed through Unriveled or in my name or even a building with our specifications. So lie after lie. All the builders said it would take them about 3 weeks to get us a building delivered. Needless to say it should not take 3 years. I have been stupid to deal with this company this long, so now it is personal. At this point Nothing less than a huge discount and prompt delivery and instilation will suffice. I have never worked with such an unprofessional and crooked company. They should not be allowed to stay in operation. I am at **** end and would appreciate any help and guidance with these people. I do have emails upon request. Sincere Thanks

  Unrivaled metal structures took my deposit 12/31/22. We made several changes w/ alterations. They became difficult to reach after they took the deposit. I tried other numbers to get through. I originally talked to ***********************. Then she got silent. I called in and got *************************. He helped. Then he stopped communicating. I tried another way to get contact and surprised ****** and got her. We made the final rendition on Jan 3 2023, But since 12/21/22, I have been asking for a schedule & plans. Even if plans were not finalized, scheduling could have occurred but never did even after repeated attempts. With finalized rendition, I was told I would this time get a call back & a date. Heard nothing. Called, texted, emailed, sent messenger. No responses. Then I looked them up on ***************************** to find so many complaints regarding stealing deposits, not scheduling and breaking time lines. I reached out over & over. I am another victim. I have a tight timeline to erect this building. They came up with bogus charges that I questioned. Then after I asked about the up charges, I was completely ignored after their unsatisfactory responses. The county gave me a tentative OK to proceed BUT they needed plans to OK. I cant move in any direction as a result. At this point, this unprofessional conduct has affected my relations with the county, forced me to have to get back deposits from a garage door company and delay the electricial & garage door company. Its cost me extra county fees, PayPal *********** of aggravation. I want my deposit back as I cant get a full permit W/O plans & a start date. I cant hire any companies to work W/O a schedule. Since this cabin where the garage is going is Air BnB, I cant earn income without a schedule to work around. I was promised on 12/21/22 that the building would be 3-4 weeks. That timeline was perfect for our down time with our cabin schedule. But, they have not scheduled & we will now be in February which is not what we agreed. FRAUD.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  It was never a credit card dispute. It was them IGNORING ME. They were supposed to have handled the job by end of December. They missed all deadlines. I got my credit card to go after them. They got the money back. It delayed my job until late March. Avoid this fake shell of a company. There are no rules for this trilateral purchase. The company that makes the deal( unrivaled metal buildings), the company that makes the building, the installer that is contracted to pick up the building and then assemble it. If there is ONE hiccup in the 3 businesses that are part of the sale and installation. You will lose your deposit which goes to the retailer, in this case Unrivaled Metal buildings. Avoid this place. Their address is wrong too.

  I contacted Unrivaled buildings to build a 30x40 commercial building on my property, the city denied my permit and ***** from Unrivaled said send the denial letter, I did along with the direct number for the city zoning, ***** said once she spoke to the city, my ******** deposit would be returned, then the actual building company Best choice metal structures called me, ******* sent an email **** from Unrivaled sent her saying I was over my 45 days for refund, that was a complete lie. Im shocked you at BBB gave them an A- lol more complaints then good reviews, this company is certainly either a scam or at least have very shady business practices, Im a paralyzed veteran on a fixed income, I cant afford this loss, please contact me for further details

  Contract signed on January 14,2021 via Docusign for a 24X24X9 Metal carport. Paid a deposit over the phone in the amount of $1,210.00 using checking account information. I gave my information to **** who is one of the owners of Unrivaled Metal Buildings of *********************************************************. I was told when we were ready for the building to be installed to call them and let them know. We were in the process of getting the ground level for concrete to be poured. I have a voicemail from ********* from Metal Carport Constructions stating to give them a call to go over the specifics of the building when we were ready for a install date. It took longer than expected to get the ground level and concrete poured due to weather. Once we were ready for an install date I called Metal Carport Constructions to set a date. I as told to send an email to ***************************************** with a picture of the concrete to prove we were ready for install. I sent an email on August 2, 2021. I received no response. I called again on August 10, 2021. I was told they did not receive my email. I sent another email of proof of concrete on August 10, 2021. Still no response days later. I called Unrivaled Metal Buildings and **** told me to send the picture of the completed concrete pad to his email. On August 16, 2021 I sent an email to *************************************************************** No response from anyone. I called **** and he informed me the company they use for parts (Metal Carport Constructions) had defaulted on contracts and they would not install unless more money was given to them. I was quoted $8,130.10 for the building. Now, **** told me this same building would be $13,000.00. I told him I would talk to my husband about this issue and call him back. A few days later I called him back to let him know we would pay the additional price for the building. **** stated he would send a contract over for me to sign. I had heard nothing from **** in days.   Ordered a garage thru Unrivaled metal Buildings in March 2021. Sent my down payment in that same day($2220) Was told by them************************ that they could not get the heavier gauge steel i need for my building in may early June. Was called by **** ************************ in September saying there "builder" could not get my building done. They are going to use another 'Builder" Your 13k building is now 21k. I said "no way" send back my deposit, I will go with another company, as this has taken almost 8 months when i was told it would be built in about ***** weeks from initial order date. I was told by **** he would contact the "builder metal carports of N. ********** to have them refund my money, and it would be about 30 days for the refund. I have not received my money back yet and its been well over 30 days.

  So I ordered a metal garage on March 23, 2021. Signed contract and paid them $1800.00. Said 6-8 weeks time frame for installation. It took me 3 weeks to get my pad poured because of rainy weather. Let them know I was ready. They said scheduling would that week. Didnt hear anything so called unrivaled Metal Buildings again and they said they will check on it. Nothing again for a week so I call again. This goes on until August and then they say I need to call the manufacturer. So unrivaled Metal Buildings is just a dealer. Dealer and unrivaled Metal Buildings have so beef going on and the manufacturer is refusing the contract. Keep in mind unrivaled Metal Buildings has my $1800. and they refuse to return it as the contract says the manufacturer is supposed to pay it if they back out. Manufacturer said they are not going to pay me either. Unrivaled Metal Buildings has not done a thing for me to my money, still havent received my engineered drawings yet.

  As a dealer Unrivaled Metal Buildings is responsible for being a consultant for the manufacturer. Unrivaled Metal Buildings promotes for the manufacturer, converses with the customer throughout the pre-purchase phase, and when the customer is ready to order, ********************** will draft up the manufacturers paperwork and send the order over to the manufacturer. After that, the manufacturer is responsible for the manufacturing, delivery, and installation of the building. It is for this reason that in the contract initially signed by the customer, before the order was placed, the manufacturer states in Section 1. "GENERAL" - " Upon giving a cancelled notice, Metal Carports and Structures (the manufacturer) will refund any deposit received from buyer. Buyer agrees that such refund shall be buyers exclusive remedy for such cancellation.". The manufacturer includes this because at the time that Unrivaled Metal Buildings (the dealer) sends the order to Metal Carports and Structures (the manufacturer), our job has been completed. 
  Unrivaled Metal Buildings did send documentation to the manufacturer on behalf of the customer, requesting that they issue the refund of the building deposit as they are contracted to do. The customer was also sent a copy of that information. After a cancellation did occur, Unrivaled Metal Buildings worked up the building through different manufacturers we work with to try and provide the customer with another option. We also offered to show whatever the new deposit on the building would've been as paid without collecting anything additional from the customer, so that too would come off of the balance due on site. This effort was on top of Unrivaled requesting the original deposit money be refunded by the manufacturer, Metal Carports and Structures. This complaint should be deferred to the party responsible for issuing the refund, Metal Carports and Structures.

  I reject the response simply because Unrivaled Metal Buildings is the company that has my down payment and not Metal carports and structures. Unrivaled Metal Buildings should refund my down payment. They have not  provided me any service and should not be able to take and keep peoples hard earned money. I have not received any plans or anything so they actually broke the contract.

  Unrivaled Metal Buildings is the dealer for multiple manufacturers nationwide. As the dealer, Unrivaled Metal Buildings is responsible for the promotion, sell, and paperwork of the order. After an order has been placed, it is sent over to the manufacturer, in this case Metal Carports and Structures. The manufacturer is responsible for the fabrication, delivery, and installation of the building. It is for this reason, that if the manufacturer cancels an order, for any reason, after their initial acceptance of the order, they are responsible for the deposit refund as the job of the dealer, Unrivaled Metal Buildings has been completed. Unrivaled Metal Buildings has no control over engineered plans, scheduling, delivery, installation, or pricing. 

  After the order was canceled by the manufacturer, again in this case Metal Carports and Structures, a refund request was sent out on behalf of the customer from **********************. A copy of this was also sent to the customer along with the documentation that held the manufacturer accountable for such refund.
  
  In an effort to stay in good faith with the customer, ********************** has issued a refund of the initial deposit placed down on the order, even though the manufacturer, Metal Carports and Structures is responsible for the refund of the deposit. A check for the deposit amount has been placed in the mail.

  Ordered 30x40x10 garage from Unrivaled Metal Buildings on 9/27/20.Talked with ****** ********** on the deal in which the invoice #**** came to 15175.95.Was told that a deposit of ******* was due to process the order which I paid on 9/27/20.Was told ******** was due after completion. She told me I have up to 1 year to take delivery & that the price would be honored for 1 year. I called them on 05/12/2021 & told them I was ready for delivery anytime. Weeks went by & many calls with messages not returned went bye (very frustrating) with no answers. On 8/20/20 ****** told me that Metal ********************* isn't honoring the price & that the new price is *****k & that they would put in their ********** would need to come up with another 2k. I told her I want my deposit back I don't have that. She said she would inform them & that her lawyers were looking into ********* have 30 days to return deposit. I called many time no call back. Not only not honoring price but now want to keep deposit
