    I gave this company a deposit on a metal building in January of ****************************************************** four to six weeks it is **** of 2024 I have yet to receive anything I have reached out to them about getting my money back and they will not give me my money back or anything

    I made a deposit for a metal barn on Jan 16, 2024. I have been requesting certified drawings which I was told was mailed twice to me and emailed at least twice and I have received nothing. I requested to talk with the scheduler and again nothing. I have requested multiple to cancel the order and give me a refund. I keep getting the run around. They say they will call me and don't. All I want is my refund for $15000.

    3 years ago we went to Unriveled builders to buy a 3 bay metal garage. We put down money and have since received nothing but excuses why we do not have our building. They will not return our phone calls. It has been so long our building permit has expired which we spent around 400 on. We have been given excuse after excuse. I have emails with all their lies and deceptive promises. We gave them money in good faith. We have been ready for our building since day one but have been given the run around. It is NO fault of ours the building is not here. This is a breech of contract on their part. We have been told so many things I do not believe anything they say. I feel they do not want to honor the price we were given. I called the builder they said they were using for our building and they informed us that no order had been placed through Unriveled or in my name or even a building with our specifications. So lie after lie. All the builders said it would take them about 3 weeks to get us a building delivered. Needless to say it should not take 3 years. I have been stupid to deal with this company this long, so now it is personal. At this point Nothing less than a huge discount and prompt delivery and instilation will suffice. I have never worked with such an unprofessional and crooked company. They should not be allowed to stay in operation. I am at **** end and would appreciate any help and guidance with these people. I do have emails upon request. Sincere Thanks

    Unrivaled metal structures took my deposit 12/31/22. We made several changes w/ alterations. They became difficult to reach after they took the deposit. I tried other numbers to get through. I originally talked to ***********************. Then she got silent. I called in and got *************************. He helped. Then he stopped communicating. I tried another way to get contact and surprised ****** and got her. We made the final rendition on Jan 3 2023, But since 12/21/22, I have been asking for a schedule & plans. Even if plans were not finalized, scheduling could have occurred but never did even after repeated attempts. With finalized rendition, I was told I would this time get a call back & a date. Heard nothing. Called, texted, emailed, sent messenger. No responses. Then I looked them up on ***************************** to find so many complaints regarding stealing deposits, not scheduling and breaking time lines. I reached out over & over. I am another victim. I have a tight timeline to erect this building. They came up with bogus charges that I questioned. Then after I asked about the up charges, I was completely ignored after their unsatisfactory responses. The county gave me a tentative OK to proceed BUT they needed plans to OK. I cant move in any direction as a result. At this point, this unprofessional conduct has affected my relations with the county, forced me to have to get back deposits from a garage door company and delay the electricial & garage door company. Its cost me extra county fees, PayPal *********** of aggravation. I want my deposit back as I cant get a full permit W/O plans & a start date. I cant hire any companies to work W/O a schedule. Since this cabin where the garage is going is Air BnB, I cant earn income without a schedule to work around. I was promised on 12/21/22 that the building would be 3-4 weeks. That timeline was perfect for our down time with our cabin schedule. But, they have not scheduled & we will now be in February which is not what we agreed. FRAUD.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    It was never a credit card dispute. It was them IGNORING ME. They were supposed to have handled the job by end of December. They missed all deadlines. I got my credit card to go after them. They got the money back. It delayed my job until late March. Avoid this fake shell of a company. There are no rules for this trilateral purchase. The company that makes the deal( unrivaled metal buildings), the company that makes the building, the installer that is contracted to pick up the building and then assemble it. If there is ONE hiccup in the 3 businesses that are part of the sale and installation. You will lose your deposit which goes to the retailer, in this case Unrivaled Metal buildings. Avoid this place. Their address is wrong too.

    I contacted Unrivaled buildings to build a 30x40 commercial building on my property, the city denied my permit and ***** from Unrivaled said send the denial letter, I did along with the direct number for the city zoning, ***** said once she spoke to the city, my ******** deposit would be returned, then the actual building company Best choice metal structures called me, ******* sent an email **** from Unrivaled sent her saying I was over my 45 days for refund, that was a complete lie. Im shocked you at BBB gave them an A- lol more complaints then good reviews, this company is certainly either a scam or at least have very shady business practices, Im a paralyzed veteran on a fixed income, I cant afford this loss, please contact me for further details
