We've been loyal monthly pest control customers since moving our business to Lincolnton in the fall of 2018. We have a major issue that needs to be resolved. In August of 2019, we hired your company to rid our premises of bats. We dealt with Chuck H******* and Gentry. We were originally quoted between $2,000 to $2,500 to resolve this issue. You then came back to us for additional money for further treatment and the final charge was $4,898.00. (We begged for documentation and finally received it). We agreed to this as we felt we had no choice at the time and we were assured this would take care of the problem. Shortly after the treatments were finished, we heard noises and were told that this was the final bat dying. We complained multiple times to the point that Chuck ignored our Office Manager and did not respond. Gentry hid from her in the supermarket as, we feel, he knows our problem was not taken care of properly. Then Covid happened and we needed to concentrate on our business survival. Thankfully we were able to weather this storm. We now have a complete full infestation and are observing guano droppings on our receptionist's desk. This Monday we walked into a dead bat on the floor of the lobby, a live bat in a mailing bin in the sample room, and today we CURRENTLY have a live bat sitting on the alarm motion sensor in our front lobby. What can you do to stand behind your work? We are very upset and ask for the decency of a response.
