  Had got a vehicle and I test drove it and it was sort of smoking from under the hood and blowing out blue smoke out the back also smelling like plastic was burning, then once I took it too the shop to have it looked at,the people at the shop said it was engine degreaser causing the smell and the smoking but the next day the car lost engine power couldnt go over 35mph. I didnt have the vehicle but for a week and now it needs a motor replacement. I kept saying i needed a rental car because I had to get back and forth to work. Also the front passenger seat was broken and it was like dirt stains around the gas cap area and under the hood also around all the doors and the trunk area.

  I bought a **** jeep liberty from jeffs and it took me forever to get it paid off cause they charged me so much for the repairs. Now that I finally got it paid off it won't start have spent over five hundred dollars getting it looked at and just found out that the anti theft device was activated and that's why it won't start. I have tried reaching out to jeffs and not a word from him. and I tried talking with ******** and she was very rude and hateful and hung up on me.

  Jeffs auto sales does great as far as cars and cars have been great. As far as there financing with Wilco Finance now they are a joke they'll get you approved and say they'll help you if you have any hardships etc. Until you have a hardship and then they don't want to help you they want to tell you to get a loan, ask family friends, or seek other ways to make your payment. If you get a cat from there make sure you make 6 payments before you hit a hardship if you get into a hardship before that then your car will be picked up and they'll call you and email you wanting money. Most of them at Wilco are rude and only care about the money not you or your hardship. Yes ****'s has great cars no complaints as far as the dealerships only complaint is with ****************** as they say they are here to help and assist with anything that *** happen but don't tell you they will only assist or help after you've made your 6th cat payment.

  Bought car from there about 2 month ago and now I have minor problems with like the power window went out on both driver and passenger side I dont know see how they can sell car with out make sure there goood to go and when I purchase the car the rotors are going bad, and I was wondering if they do exchange policy or something cause it ridiculous.

  You bought the vehicle 3 months ago and it was serviced as all our vehicles are, it received a oil change, inspection, air filter, hood shocks, front brakes, 4 new tires.

  I think we all have to realize we cant fix something that's not broke  and we cant see into the future for what might.

  With ownership comes maintenance and repairs, you also have a service contract for serious issues and you can always reach out to them.
