On 01/18/2025, my wife went to MainStreet Family Care in ***********, **. for medical treatment. We provided our Insurance information, ******** as primary and TriCare for Life as secondary. On 2/11/2025 we received a notification that we would be charged $129.00 to our bank debit card if we did not respond in two days. I tried several times to reach out to their billing **** before 2/14/2025. Each time, the automated device said I should wait until I received a message through the patient portal and then it hung up. Never happened! The company ** is in ******* somewhere. I cannot get a live agent to discuss this billing issue. Now my account has be charged $129.00. I perceive this is fraud. I desire my money returned and you (BBB) open an investigation into their billing and insurance practices.
