My son was involved in a wreck in which he was not at fault (he was rear ended). He was still talking with the police officer when the tow truck drove off with his car, he didnt even have a chance to get his house keys off his key ring! Luckily he has a keyless entry door, so he was able to get into his house. He called Jacks Towing once he got home and was told he would be able to recover his things from his car as long as he had his license and registration. However, when he showed up, they charged him $75 to get his own belongings out of his own car!! When he questioned them about it, they said it is a gate fee. I think it is 100% a scam!! No wonder they drove off with his car without any warning!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I had them come and pick up a truck that needed to be towed 30 minutes down the road and they never asked for the address before putting the vehicle on the tow truck. We gave the address to the driver when he asked AFTER putting the truck on the flatbed and the driver told us that was fine. He then called his boss, who by the way is an arrogant, manipulative and aggressive man that owns this company. He tells the driver he cannot take the vehicle to the location because it is out of his range. Though this was inconvenient, we were understanding and told him just to unload the truck and we would have someone else come tow it. That's when we spoke to the boss named ********, and asked him why we were being charged with no services rendered. He said because they loaded it on the flatbed and insisted we owed him $250 dollars or the truck would be impounded and hung up on us. They literally put the truck on the trailer and then unloaded it after their mistake by not telling us. We were NEVER made aware that they could not leave whatever their "range" was from the beginning. Considering on ******, it says they do long distance towing. the owner of this company is an insanely ignorant man who is out to SCAM you. From all the reviews on Yelp and BBB this scammer has a pattern. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT contact this company for ANYTHING. ******** owner. TERRIBLE COMPANY THAT NEEDS SHUT DOWN!

would give 0 stars if possible. had them come and pick up a truck that needed to be towed 30 minutes down the road. never asked for the address before putting the vehicle on the tow truck, and we gave it to them when he asked AFTER putting the truck on the tower and the driver told us that was fine. after this, he called his boss, whatever idiot owns this company, and now all the sudden comes back and tells us that he cant tow it 30 minutes down the road because it is out of his range. though this was inconvient, we were understanding and told him just to unload the truck and we would have someone else come tow it. then he told us we owed them $250 freaking dollars literally just for putting the truck on the tower to take it right back off. we spoke with the owner of this company, ******** is his name, and he was beyond rude and even hung up on us. we were NEVER made aware that they could not leave whatever their range was from the beginning, not even knowing that there was a range considering on ******, it says they do long distance towing. the owner of this company is a quite ignorant man who out out to SCAM you. do not, i repeat, DO NOT contact this company for ANYTHING. terrible employees, terrible attitudes, TERRIBLE COMPANY!! they should absolutely be ASHAMED of themselves thinking doing people like this who need help is okay. they will get what is coming for them.

Have a tow driver on camera removing the charger from the vehicle i parked at the gaston county visitor center . Then proceeds to place it in the vehicle he towed there. Also the audacity to try and steal my charging adapter

This company came to a birthday party I was having and started towing cars from a doctor's ****** next door. He put a sign up saying no parking after the lot was full never gave anyone a warning. The owner ******** was so disrespectful he was cussing my customers out. Putting his hands on his private shaking it at the customers and at the same time saying cuss words to them. He put boots on about nine cars and would not take the boot off until each car owner gave him $300. We asked him for a contract from the doctor's ****** saying that he was able to tow out of the doctor's ****** he said he didn't have the contract with him. But we have him on camera putting the sign up 20 minutes before towing cars. The owner ******** is very dirty. Also one of his tow truck drivers has been arrested for owning a chop shop and stealing cars. His name is ************************* he also pulled a gun out on one of the customers. The cops that were on scene told us to go take a warrant out on him for pulling a gun because they seen him do it put it back in his console cops ran the numbers on it the gun it did come back clean but told us to take a warrant out on him. The cop got us his name and number so we could proceed with the warrant.

This company is full of it my son had my car and it got towed for "illegal parking" so my son only had his debit card and $100 he told the guy that he would pay him $100 but he wasn't trying to hear that (tow truck driver) and if he was smart enough he could have had $100 in his pocket. Fast forward so the tow truck driver got smart and said he has to pay $300 right now and if I take it to the shop it's going to be more..so me as a parent I call the towing company and the guy said for you to get your car back it's going to be $560 and I went to **** and he said you need to come since you're the owner of the car I was like man I just had surgery on yesterday and I can't come out he still insisted that I came so that was a real struggle for me to get there. To rap it up this company needs to get investigated or shutdown because they are true crooks I'm a firm believer the more you take the more you loose! If it was an option for no stars I would do it and the 2 white guys that works there apparently don't have a voice of their own because the owner is something else and they just go with the floor...they have horrible reviews everywhere I did my research. But it is definitely ok because they are going to tow the wrong person car one day and it will be over!
