    They told me my hard shifting in my palisade was because of my after market wheels. Took it in to the dealership 3 more times and they required me to pay for the "diagnostic finds" each time that would supposedly fix my issues. Took it in again and they tried to diagnose my car and have me pay for the same repairs I had just done a couple months before costing over $500. Then they told me that I needed a new transmission but would not provide a loaner car. Told me to come back 3 weeks later because maybe then they would give me a loaner. The ended up having my car 2 months, I had to pay out of pocket to get a loaner from Hertz 2k total. They never called with updates or information. I had to call and leave a 5-6 messages for service *****. When he didn't return calls, I contacted the service manager ****. Left at least 4-5 messages and never once heard from him. I had to get Hyundai Corporate involved. They even reported that the service department was not responding to them. The dealership told me and corporate multiple false completion dates. I had to call the dealership each date that it was supposed to be ready, just to find out it would not. The. Got told by ***** that he doesn't know who's telling us these things.... It was ***** telling us and corporate. All of this is documented with corporate. Finally got my car back the other day and they told me I owed a small amount of money. I was not made aware that there would be any charges. The main issue was a transmission replacement under warranty. I got upset and said I wasn't paying for something I was not told I needed to pay for. A technician and another service advisor came over to take care of my paperwork. I asked for the service manager so that I could get this resolved. He never showed up. They let me take my car at zero charge. The next morning they send me a text message on my phone telling me that the dealership will no longer be willing to do service with me.
