I completed this survey on 6.19.24 with the expectation that I would be paid $5.00. I have not received payment. I contacted the agency on 7.11.24 and received a response stating payments are distributed "14 business days after we have finished collecting responses (weekends and holidays are not included in the ************************* fielding. Payment should be sent within 2 weeks". I followed up on 7.29.24 and 8.1.24 due to not receiving payment. I also asked if there was a better point of contact. I have yet to receive a response of compensation. It isn't the lack of payment but, instead, it's the lack of integrity that disappoints me.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. An update on the status of my payment was finally provided after my post made on BBB.

I participate study with the company they did not send my PayPal incentive $15 I call and send it numerous time email they fail to replyBusiness response

**************** was disqualified from our survey for failing the initial quality question he wrote his full name instead of initials. We use questions like this to prevent bots from completing our surveys.
Because of his erroneous response and inability to follow simple instructions, he is not entitled to the $15 incentive we offered for successfully completing our survey. Nevertheless, we will transfer $15 to his PayPal account in good faith.
