    Hello, we used First Class movers for our move from ********* ** to North Venice ******* 2/25/22-2/26/22. Upon moving several items were damaged including our couch (stains, dirt, etc. though we paid extra to have it wrapped). Additionally we found multiple missing boxes when unpacking. We spoke with ******* the owner of the business and were promised he would make it right by having ******* steamer clean the couch and would compensate us for missing boxes totaling ******. For two months we have been trying to get this issue rectified and following up with him. He has agreed to pay and has yet to do using delays tactics such as asking if he could pay in two installments. Then asking several times for Venmo information then on the day of payment asks again then states he will be in the office several days later to not responding to any calls after promising a call back. Additionally we were told ******* steamer would be here multiple times on multiple days to which it hasnt happened. He claims its an issue with them and he will call, then call us back, still nothing happens. We would like at a minimum: our couch steam cleaned and compensated for missing boxes (to which weve even been favorable in the amounts as they are extra large boxes filled with at least one of xtra large box of clothing another full of kitchen items including wine decanters , glassware etc. ). We have spent countless hours chasing him to to luck and when we do get him he claims hes out of the office, personal matters , etc.
