  South End Plumbing company were very professional with their work and pricing..highly recommend them if you need a plumber for install or repairs. I went with a tankless water heater cause I have three daughters who need hot water fast for a family of five the tankless water heater never runs out.

  I think South End did an amazing inspection and diagnostic investigation for a rental property. The specialist was ***********************. He was very thorough and extremely professional. Also, I recieved the written diagnosis within the same day of service. Thank you South End!

  ***** and ****** did a great job. Very professional and kept us apprised of everything as they progressed. Completed whole house repipe and a new gas hot water heater. All works great!

  ****** L *********************** did a great job. He arrived on time, was polite and professional, and completed the work (tub/shower faucet replacement) within the estimated time. The cost was a bit higher than I expected, but ****** gave me a senior discount. I would give y'all a 5 star rating.

  After calling another plumbing company that gave me an inflated price for replacing a main drain line in my yard, I then called around to get a few quotes. South End Plumbing had a great price and also 0% financing so I let them do the work.

  Be aware of minimum charges not disclosed upfront! I called to setup an appointment to replace my house filter in my crawl space and to look at my kitchen sink due to low pressure. I was told there was no service fee, and the estimate was free. However, when they came out, the worker simply started and completed the work without notification of what the charges would be. I was shocked to see the bill for $255 when it only took 20 minutes, and I even provided the filter. I was told later the $255 is the minimum fee for work performed. I sure wish this was told to me upfront as the bill was 2-3 times the cost of the same work I had done by other companies in the past. The fee was way too high for the minor work completed and it was not disclosed upfront!

  They were the only plumber that came out when they said they would, called two others that wouldn't call me back, and one other kept delaying my schedule.

  They came at 7 at night to unclog a drain. No trip free, just a free estimate that I was happy with and was able to get it fixed in time to get the kids ready for bed. I high recommend.
