  Renoir Restoration provided installation of a full roofing installation for our home. I was very pleased with their services. The installation went very smooth, they arrived on time and the job site stayed neat and clean up was completed as if they never here. ****, provided a quote that met our budget. Throughout the project they kept us updated. We did have some boards they needed to be replaced but, they showed the areas and we understood why they needed to be replaced. Their representative *******, also kept us updated along the project. I just wish all contractors were like this keeping their customer relations positive. We have always been reluctant to use contractors because of trust factor. They eased that notion and would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to our friends and family Highly Recommended!!!!

  Company roofed my house in S.W. *********. I was very pleased with the consultation, consideration regarding moving trucks and shingles over my yard and execution of this job. Hardworking crew! This is the 2nd house I have contracted through Lowes for roofing. The prices are much lower (sometimes half) than some other home improvement companies that want to meet you with your wife, compel you to view a laptop presentation and want a contract signed right away. Renoir was easy to work with. Met their representative at the property, he walked around, took a few pics, discussed some issues and I had a quote the next day. Highly recommended.

  Awesome Experience! Project Manager was top notch. Communication was outstanding and knowledge of insurance claim process and roofing was excellent. Crew arrived on time, protected landscaping and vegetable garden from debris, and completed the job in 1 day as promised. Although a long, hot and humid day, the entire crew remained and left my home as it was before they arrived. Watched the guys run magnets around the home multiple times to collect nails. Will ********* friends to Renoir for their roofing needs in the future.

  We are so glad that we were referred to Renoir Restoration by our Realtor. This outfit is a total game changer and sets the bar very high in the roofing industry. We have a very complicated (and very high off the ground!!) roofline, so we wanted to make sure we used a seasoned crew who is used to working with more custom type, complicated applications. Everyone was super kind, the communication throughout the project was great, and the property was left in immaculate condition (there weren't any debris or nails left behind) They showed when they said they would, and the project flowed very nicely along their stated timeline. We will recommend them to both family and friends, and will surely be a repeat customer when in need. Thank you **** and Crew- you are the real deal!

  Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. If I could have prevented it, I would not have given them a 1 star. Promised to install *******. I waited over six weeks, and nothing. They never called or contacted me about anything. Finally, I called them in frustration, and they cancelled the contract. Please do not waste your time with this company. A total disaster. Now after waiting six weeks, and nothing, I have to start the whole process over again.

To provide a bit of context to this scenario, we never performed any work on your property so this response from you is purely off of the initial contracting and scheduling experience. Furthermore, we spoke to you several times ( we have it on notes, us as well as the Stores you went to) about the size and complexity of your install requiring "safe and favorable weather and temperatures for our hard working teams". Our number ONE priority is their safety and then providing you with the best roof installation and warranty available. We advised due to the extreme heat and forecasted storms that we could not safely or responsibly start your roof in the timeframe that you had desired and requested that you honor the safety of our team and our scheduling process that include many variables of which some are out of our control (ie. the weather). We sincerely apologize that you were disappointed in this experience and we will strive to do better with explaining this more clearly up front so that nobody else has this misunderstanding or improper expectations. We sincerely wish you the best and hope that the company you decided to work with is able to complete your roof to your liking.Thank you again for sharing your experience.

  I highly recommend Renoir for your roof repair. Everyone involved was very professional and polite. They made the process very easy. Roof was replaced in one day. Clean up was well done. No issues or problems. Great experience all around.

  I heard from ***************** days before I learned that the roofing work would be done by Renoir Restoration. In that talk he described what I could expect and how long it would take. Everything that he said was true. While replacing an entire roof is an extremely messy job -- the crew cleaned up everything, including rolling a magnet over the sidewalk and driveway for nails I didn't see and cleaning debris from all the gutters with a blower. I would gladly recommend Renoir Restoration to anyone who needed roofing work done.
