            Hired Mech Roofing company for 900 dollars to repair leaks in roof and replace screws. It's a metal roof. Work was done, however, the roof is still leaking. I've called emailed and texted I received one text back, telling me he would return to fix roof weeks ago. Since then I have called texted and emailed to no avail. The leak is bad and it's producing mold which is impacting my health. I have nodules in my lungs, and the mold that's growing from the leak is making my condition worsen. I am 77 on a very small fixed income. I had to save to have this done. Please help me, I don't have funds to replace roof. He also never sent me the receipt for the 900 dollars, in cash, I gave him. I am at my wits end. Family is trying to help me but, I don't want my daughter to climb up on the roof.

            After writing a review with BBB ****** mech got in touch with me and came picked up the trash and fix another item. I give BBB a five star and my feeling toward ****** Mech is much better. He is 22 year old man and he has a lot to learn as a business person.I encourage him to be honest with dealing with a customer. And to keep his word when he has committed himself.If he wants to grow his business.I think he realize that a customer is his living.****** hE will do better on the next Job.
