Very unprofessional unethical and dishonest individuals. The so-called vice president of direct sales pulled me in my son's credit never called us back asking for $3,000 down payment on a car that was 9800 after I called him I was already pre-qualified through ****************** the representative from ******** contacted that dealership they were ready to go to process my loan not only did the so-called direct sales VP not call me back but refused to do ethical professional business. Why?? The so-called direct sales manager who sound very unintelligent he kept calling me my man I'm a 60-year-old retired teacher 37 years with Albuquerque public schools be respectful when you conduct business.

**** with all due respect, Westlake countered the terms outlined during the pre-qualification process. Unfortunately, they do not disclose the final deal structure upfront. Once ******** provided the finalized terms and documentation, the structure was not favorable. If a larger down payment had been an option, we might have been able to negotiate further. However, once you declined, we were unable to proceed. I understand your disappointment, and I apologize that we could not secure the vehicle you were interested in. Please understand, however, that the outcome was primarily influenced by your credit profile.

I paid HBI Auto LLC, in **********, N.C. $3,202.50 on May 14, 2024 to put on an XPEL Paint Protective Film (***) and ceramic coat my brand new car. We paid in full upfront by credit card. HBI Auto LLC tried four different times to put on the **** Each time the car was returned to us with numerous, obvious bubbles and blemishes on the paint. It looked like a terrible paint job - though the car was fresh from the factory. The four attempts at putting *** on our car lasted from May 14 through July 3, 2024. None were successful. After the fourth attempt, we asked the co-owner of HBI Auto, LLC to take off the fourth attempt at the *** and refund our money. Through the installer (co-owner refused to meet with us or take our phone calls though he was just 200 yards away), the co-owner said he would not remove the film or refund our money. We drove the car home from HBI Auto LLC and inspected it. We STILL found multiple air bubbles and blemishes, plus 5 *** wrinkles in the hood. We had been told by the *** installer that he had "completed" the hood and fenders before we showed up. That means he was yet again going to send us back our car with poorly installed **** ***'s co-owner had told me he would "wrap the car himself as he had wrapped hundreds." That was a falsehood. We saw the same installer working on the car for the fourth time. HBI Auto LLC's website says they "guarantee" that cars will leave their shop looking better than when they arrived. All we wanted was our money back for the poor installation. Now, we have to pay $125 court costs in small claims court, plus $150 to have the *** removed by another detailer. HBI Auto LLC We want HBI Auto LLC to live up to the claims it makes on its website.

Purchased my first Porsche 911 through Hbi auto in 2019. I have purchased 2 more between my wife and I in the 4 years since. I continue returning to hbi because I have always found them to be transparent, easy to work with and never once had an issue with any of the vehicles I have bought. I have referred a colleague as well who has had nothing but great things to say. Very thankful to have found a great team of individuals who I can trust and plan to continue doing business with these guys

In December 2022 I bought a 2005 Red Ferrari 6 speed converted F430 that was converted by HBI Auto with a warranty. HBI Auto has been fantastic about from start to finish discussing, buying, detailing financing and transporting the car. I highly recommend HBI Auto.

I worked with HBi Auto on my first Ferrari purchase. They were very helpful in educating me on the car and what ownership was like. The car was fully serviced and prepared as they described to me when I got it. I purchased online which they offered to do a video call with me on FaceTime. They went through the car top to bottom with me and was VERY helpful! I look forward to my next car with Lucius, and also enjoy the welcoming atmosphere if you just want to come by and talk shop!

Recently bought a 2015 BMW M3. I was excited about the car until the car arrived to Oregon and I saw somethings on the car that were not disclosed to be during the buying process. The first major problem was transportation method. I was promised the car would arrive in an enclosed trailer and it arrived in an open trailer. The second thing I noticed was that there are a number of poorly “repaired” rock chips on the hood. Some clear is also chipping off the carbon roof of the car. A few times during the sale process I asked for detailed pictures, but I all got were some grainy generic dealership pictures of the car. I was also only sent a YouTube link of a quick walk around video of the car. No video conference was done to really show any flaws. I figured the car was good to go in that regard. The third thing is that I was told the car had a rod bearing service done, but I have not received documentation of the service. I am also getting a oil burning smell every time I drive the car. After looking under the car, it seems like the oil pan gasket is the culprit of the burning oil smell. As the engine gets hot, the oil is just burning. I was also told the car had an Akrapovic exhaust and all the car has is a back yard style straight pipe with just Akrapovic tips. I was not very happy with that at all. The vehicle also has mismatched tires as well, so I took care of that issue. The interior was filthy when I took delivery as well. Another thing I noticed was that the car is missing an under body cover, leaving that exposed to the elements. I wasn’t told about that either. The instrument cluster has etched cleaning product that had to be polished out. Without doing that, the cluster looked like with went through a couple of hits of gravel. The passenger rear view mirror has a white scrape on it from hitting something at some point before delivery to me.The driver side hvac vent has two broken tabs, which cause the vent to fall out.
