I was trying to purchase a 2013 Mini ****** Convertible from this dealer. I drove to ****** from ******** to close the deal on Tues 4/2/2024. While I was waiting for the salesperson to complete the paper work I test drove the car, it was not operating properly, it was running rough and the check engine light was on. When I returned to the dealership I told them of the situation and they did not believe me at first, They then stated it was probably an ignition coil. They were not able to get the vehicle repaired that day, even though it should have been ready for delivery on that Tuesday. I was told that they would get it right. I had to return to Cherokee that day. On Wed 4/3/2024 I called them and they (*****************) said that it still wasn't ready, I had told *** that if wasn't ready by Thursday I wanted to cancel the deal and wanted my deposit returned. I called him later that day and he said that I couldn't make demands of him like that. So I told him since the car wasn't ready on Tuesday the original day for delivery that I did want to cancel the deal. *** said that he would cancel the deal and return my deposit. As of today 4/9/2024 I have not received my deposit from them. Can you please assist me in obtaining my deposit.
