I took my car there 11/2021. I was told I needed a new transmission and I had fluids leaking. They contacted my cars warranty company and relayed the message to me that my car was not broken enough to have the fix covered. As per the warranty company if I needed a new transmission they would cover that and not be held liable if my car was to break with me in it. My car started having more problems 4/2022 and I brought my car back here and they said I now need a new *** and my transmission is fine. I said how did I need a new transmission 6 months ago and now I dont? I got the call from the receptionist that my warranty will pay for the *** but they have to upcharge the parts to make money so I would have to pay the difference I said ok. She called me and said your car is done we plan to keep it overnight to take it for a test drive in the morning. I said great if I adjust my morning work schedule can I pick it up and she said yes. I said when do you open she said 8 and I said can I come at 830 and she said yes. I got there a bit early and went into the waiting room until they were finished. About ***** minutes they said my car is ready. I got into my car and my battery cover was in my front seat and my touch screen was completely cracked. They said we did not do that, it came like that. I was upset. I get a call from the owner and he was very aggressive and said they did nothing wrong. He said I showed up unannounced to get my car. My touch screen was already broken. He told me I was never welcome back to his shop. I was hoping he would want to work something out to right the wrong but he did not want that at all. I would have never imagined a business owner would talk to a customer that way. I will never go back and I warn others to stay away.
