              Ordered two handbags online from this company without success! We called them a couple days later due to no contact/conformation of the order. At that time they us assured it was going to ship that day & they would contact us to confirm. Never heard from them! Filed complaint with my American Express Card Co. and they have refunded us for the purchase. Still have not heard from them!!!!

              This is not true what so ever. I personally as the owner called this lady twice. Once while was on vacation. And once two days ago. She was shipped the bag and after receiving it she said it looked used and no tag. This isn't the case either. This bag was brand new from Bogg bags and was never used. I have been in business 16 years and have never encountered anything like this. I gladly offered to refund her money once she dropped the case and she has yet to drop the chargeback file. If she does t drop the chargeback ten it charges me twice. I have done everything asked and have been as nice as possible. Not sure what I've done to make her so unhappy but I have reached out twice and she told me she was dropping it and she e didn't do it yet.

              We order things online all the time and this is not how everyone else does business! Yes, she called after we filed the Am Express Card complaint. We agreed for her to ship 1 of the handbags of the 2 that were ordered. I did not cancel the Am Express complaint at that time as it had all been a little shady with the order so far. Yes the 1 bag arrived and it was not NEW, we had ordered 2 New Handbags. I sent it back the next day at my expense and she happened to call the second time on that day. Explained why we had sent the bag back and she did'nt disagree that it was not new, nor offered to pay the return shipping. She was more concerned I had not cancelled the Am Express card complaint which I'm glad I had not.
