      I bought a 2017 ***** pilot from Randy Marion Chevrolet Buick Cadillac in *********** at the beginning of December 2021 & within a week I noticed that the seat wouldn't recline. This is a significant issue bc my husband is currently disabled & needs that feature to drive this car. I had another repair scheduled so I told the salesman about the seat. He had the service **** look at it. Got a call telling me that the seat motor is 2900$ & the supervisor said that they will repair it but I'd have to pay 1/2. I explained that if I had known that the motor didn't work I wouldn't have bought the car. I didn't agree to this & picked up my car. When I got home I discovered that when they put the paneling back onto the seat they broke it. So now it's even worse. I called the service **** and was told they will order a new panel and replace it no cost to me. I spoke with the manager ************************* who I called a number of times over several days before getting ahold of him. When I talked to him he was very condescending, rude and unprofessional. I'm curious if its bc I'm a woman. Then tried to say that the service **** did not break the paneling and that he has "bent over backwards" because he agreed to replace the paneling even though they are denying fault. In the sales pictures you can clearly see that it was intact prior to the service **** taking it apart. I attempted to speak to HIS manager but haven't gotten a response besides a generic email. No one has called me back. Now when I call the service **** about the panel they were supposed to order they "can't find the order".

      The vehicle was traded into ** in February 2022 and a title was not provided.  We applied for a duplicate in March of 2022.  ** *** did not issue the duplicate until 4/1/2022, at which time we tried to process the title work.  As happens sometimes,  the deal was hung in a suspended status by the *** where it showed as processed on our side through CVR, but it was suspended on the ***s side.  We reported the issue and the *** opened a case on it, Case No. 0006966.  It ended up having to go to a programmer at the ***, who was able to get it resolved and pushed through on 08/03/2022. We ran a *** inquiry and their tag is active and good thru April of 2024.
