              They gave me faulty inoperable and already damaged equipment and then they took back the equipment and charged me for the equiment that was already damaged or completely inauperable.

              I recently went to Country Aire Rental to rent a 20x20 frame tent because I wanted to celebrate a milestone event that was years in the making. I did not think it would be an issue since it wasn't on a holiday weekend, however when I inquire about renting the tent all I received was a run around. The lady that I spoke with would not give me a definite answer concerning renting of the tent. She said she would speak to the installer and give me a call soon. I reached out to her later in the day to get an updated info and she would not give me a concrete answer. She said she would let me know for sure the next business day. I did not receive a return call; very unprofessional the right thing to do for customers is to be straightforward.
