I have a 2018 ***** Malibu which had *****mi at the time of purchase from morganton ****** Since Ive had the car Ive always had the service done here at Everett ***** of morganton. Any recommend service that was due I paid out of pocket to get it done for preventative reasons which is supposed prolong the life of the vehicle. There was one gentleman by the name of **** which is no longer with the company warned me that I had a oil leak from the engine (which I kept a extended bumper to bumper warranty the whole time on the car) So now Im working with the service manager **** tell me I need purge valve canister, and that will fix the problem which was like $1200 because the warranty wont cover it ok cool if that will fix the problem ok ???? 2 month later a new service advisor by the name of ***** is hired when I come in for a oil change. ***** tells me do u know theirs an oil leak present and u have very little oil in the car after I paid $1200 to fix the problem. I had every preventative done to maintain the cars engine life (tuneup fluid change filters changed any recommended maintenance that came up!!) they keep the car for 5 months and puts me in a loaner car that has developed bold tires over the course of them having my car and I start complaining bout the tires and told them I dont feel safe driving the car. So mean while they are sending information to my warranty company on a 2017 ***** Malibu with transmission problems trying to buy them selves more time to figure out how they could get the extended warranty company not to cover my car after having it for five months and assured me that I wasnt reliable for anything that it wouldnt cost me anything out-of-pocket!! Oh and the loaner car had a crack in the windshield that ***** wrote up on the contract so if I didnt get him to document that it was already there. They were going try to file it on my insurance another way to get my money over something that was their fault
