      My mailbox had been ransacked while I am being out of town. Then I noticed that some of my mail were not coming to my address anymore. I filed a complaint with the Post Master to curb my mail from being sent to all of these fraudulent addresses. I also learned from my credit report lately that I had been a part of the breach and multiple inquiries were coming from other states and accounts were opened in variations of my name I am not liable for this debt and I do not have a contract with: Company: KLS FINANCIAL SERVICES, Address: ************************************************* Tel No: *************** For the account: Acct name: KLSFINANCIAL (Original Creditor: 01****************) acct no. ********** date opened 04/01/2020 balance $6,768.00 Police Report and FTC Affidavit are attached with this complaint together with dispute letter sent to the bureaus. See attached. I also filed complaints thru CFPB. Please delete this account from my credit report at once.

That may help resolve the issue quickly. He can mail that to our office or he can reach out to us and we can provide an email address that he could securely use.       I reached out to KLS financial services last year to find out about it that I had in the amount of 1129$. I just made the claim as not knowing what it was and they never could confirm where it really came from I have tried to get this removed from my credit report and I have no problem paying bills that are mine but as I see here with other people they are claiming people have bills that is not true I have paid any and all collections that are validly mine and this KLS bill is not.

Client's forward the accounts for our company to service, collect and credit report. We investigated your claim and requested more detail from our client to help you identify the bill. This has been mailed to you. You may also contact our office and a representative can provide you with details verbally and assist you with options. Once an account is resolved in our office it is returned to our client and will be removed from credit bureaus. After you review the detail we sent, perhaps this will help. That info was mailed to your current address last week. If you contacted the client and they received facts from you they would alert us to remove the item. You contacted ***** ***? They are the attorney firm that referred the account from the original creditor. We are happy to follow up for you.

      This collection firm received an alleged collection from fast med. upon asking KLS financial to validate this alleged debt they sent me medical information clearly violating me and my emergency contacts hippa rights as I have no agreement to share my records with them. I would like this information on this $150 collection to be removed from my credit reports. Kind regards **** ********

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/05) */ The account was validated per the consumer's request. We are happy to discuss the item with the consumer. The HIPAA authorization does allow for access and information related to the bill. The charges have been verified with the client and the information in support of the charges were forwarded to the consumer. This has been in our office for years and attempts have been made to contact the consumer and mail has been sent in support of the charges. This is accurately reflected. We do update credit bureaus when an account is paid, or if it is resolved and returned to our client we remove those cases. Disputes have been responded to, yet we have no idea why the consumer disputes the balance as they have not sent anything that reflects the item has been paid or supporting documents related to why the balance is not due from them. We are happy to discuss this or review the consumer's concerns. The file is marked as disputed. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/10/05) */ My complaint is on the information received from KLS was an intake form from fast med which had my emergency contacts name and information which violates her HIPPA rights. Secondly I do not acknowledge this collection. Clearly from the information sent fast med had my insurance info and I was in full coverage. If they did not bill my insurance that should be on them. From the paperwork provided from KLS it does not clearly state what this was for. I also received no documentation or warning from fast med regarding any balance. Therefore I feel is reasonable to remove the information from my credit report and return the account to fast med.

      I reached out to the original creditors in January 2020, to ask that this account be closed due to my getting into a severe car accident that twisted my pelvis 90 degrees. I was contacted multiple times afterwards and they told me that the account had been closed. I then emailed KLS Financial directly and they have not contacted me back. I would like to come to a resolve with this company, and get this balance removed from my credit report. I was in communication with both companies, and they've still put this balance on my credit report and say that I owe over $1,000 for a service that was never used due to a health impediment.

I do not believe this to be a lack of communication from our company, as we tried to speak with the consumer, and it would be nice to be able to help resolve issues without having to involve a BBB complaint which has nothing to do with our business practices. All collection companies make available a 30 day right to dispute a balance in writing or you can pretty much speak to someone and provide the same details. We are happy to help and investigate. For most consumer's this give's them an opportunity to let us know, that there may be mitigating circumstances. We will reach out to our client and see if they are aware of anything with this file. This is a contract guaranteed payment unless it is cancelled within 3 days. Unfortunately if the consumer has circumstances in which they could not complete the agreement, there are not options to NOT pay the tuition. We will look into it further for you. This account has been sold, and/or is being operated by another company that is not the original creditor. I am certain that bodily injuries, along with requests for cancellation qualify ANYONE to have their needs met. And to not have to deal with an outstanding bill that I had no idea existed until it hit my credit report. I'd like this account removed immediately. I am not responsible for it. We did reach out to the client who has not heard back from several emails that were sent in an effort to resolve the balance both before and after it was sent to our company for collections. Please contact our office for options the client has proposed to achieve a compromise and get this updated and removed from your credit report.
