Eagle is a horrible company. Currently filing a law suite with the ones based in **************. They installed a building for me for a little north of 15k. Ended up installing the wrong garage and side door. Come back out and fixed the garage door and left the side door untouched. They raised 2 doors 6 for concrete and left the main entrance door on the gravel. (First of all the concrete should of been poured first Ive found out) Im almost a year after their install date and my door has yet to be fixed. They hang up on me, and the contractor in ********** when we call. The owner ****** is a straight a hole and talks over you when u try and bring up a complaint. Defends her workers even though there are supposedly recordings . I spent 15k and a year later still havent used the building so I would stay away. BBB has been contacted as well as my lawyer filing a suite. Ill be adding reviews on every page eagle has and making sure everyone knows this is a company that only wants ur cash then blocks you out like youre nothing. You all need to communicate better.also my contractor I bought the building from messaged this morning at 8:30 am confirming she talked to ****** yesterday. Not sure where the disconnect is. I have talked to you all. You had ****** tell me hes gonna come do work and not bring any money you promised back because hes gonna fix it and yall will ghost me till court. ************* with reviews to match. Ill never recommend you to anyone the fact Ive had to wait almost a year to get a door fixed is rediculous. I contacted Eagle Carports to order replacement parts for my existing Eagle Carport Structure that was damaged in Hurricane *****. I had no issues coordinating to order the materials on January 30th, 2025 and for them to secure payment. Getting the materials began the challenge. On Feb 5th, 2025 were were confirmed to deliver the materials on Feb 12th, I was contacted that weather was an issue and my new date was Feb 18th. I took off work to be there for the delivery and never received a phone call, when I called they told me again weather has impacted delivery. I was unable to be available for delivery the next day. The company delivered the materials to my house without my signature or witness as receipt of delivery. The delivery was incomplete and missing materials. I have contacted the company multiple times via phone and email to remedy the situation and have not received any return contact since the delivery. Ordered a carport in September 2024, paid $400 deposit. As of March 2025, no carport has been delivered and no refund of deposit. Demand for refund has been sent. All communication has ceased from eagle.Business Response

Mr. **** placed an order on 9/24/2024. There were issues with permitting in his area, and the Customer had requested this to be made as a "Drop-off" only and we changed that order in our system. Since this time, Mr. **** has decided to cancel his order. There have been no funds received by Eagle Carports, Inc. On the order form it shows that a Down Payment amount of $361.20 was made to his local Dealer at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, since Eagle Carports, Inc. has received no funding for this unit we do not have funds to send him back for the Deposit. I ordered a new carport on 7/10/2024 and it was delivered for install on 7/18/2024. When the installed came the weather was poor and they installed the carport in a extream rush on my existing cement driveway. They asked what way did I want the water to drain and to identify the front of the carport as I did. When they rushed through the install process, the carport is not level as the picture show that I sent the manager at Eagle Carport ******* on 7/19/2024, it is off level and draining to the front as you get soaking wet entering and leaving the carport. I spoke with ******* the manager at Eagle and I was told it would be fixed on there next trip out. No response and called back 1-month later and was told it would be taken care of, No response, called back left several messages as to would not answer phone. ************. This is a horrible way to do business when people entrust the companies to honor there agreements and to install it correctly. Also, when the install crew left, they stuck there truck in my grass in the yard, horrible and had to repair and reseed. I am beyond dissatisfied with the carport and the install.Customer Answer

We paid down payment and have made 2 payments on a carport from this company. The carport was installed October ******. 2 weeks later we had rain for several days and the building flooded. The flooding ruined all of the remodeling materials we had purchased for the house we were remodeling. I have called and emailed this company asking for them to give me the money back we have already invested in this building and I have asked for them to send someone to fix this issue. We haven't been able to use it since October because every time it rains the building floods. I have pictures and videos I have sent to the company and they will not refund money or come and fix the problem. I would also like for them to pay for damages made to the housing remodel materials we had stored in it that was ruined. I also sent pictures and videos of all of that.Customer Answer

We were alerted of an issue with this installation on January 2, 2025 from *********. The customer purchased the unit on a Rent To Own Contract, and once the installation was completed the contract was turned over to Heartland for processing. Even though this unit is outside of our 90 day workmanship warranty, we have placed a Work Order in our system to return to the site to inspect the structure. Our ********************* will be in contact to assist the customer in scheduling an appointment for this inspection. We look forward to the opportunity to come to a resolution for our Customer.

As previously stated, we are working to resolve the issue, and have placed a Work Order in our system for Inspection of the unit. There has not been a call to schedule that appointment at this time due to our installation schedule. We are still actively working to assign an installer to this area to complete the inspection. I am rejecting this response because: i notified eagle Carports in October and spoke to ****. She is informed me to give her 3 weeks to get things settled on their end. I sent several emails and was told the same thing you just said. I was never told there was a 90 day ***** period if there was a problem. I have asked for my deposit back, the payments that have been made and for them to pay for the damages done to the materials that were for remodeling my house. We had to move everything out of the building because it can't be used. And hasn't been used since 2 weeks after installation. My Father passed away December 7th, so Heartland was mistaken. The building was a rent to own so you shouldn't have anything to pay off with heartland. It's not right for you to repo the building and not pay me back since I couldn't use it. BEWARE EXTREMELY poor communication. We had issues with our newly installed 25x30 garage. Contacted customer service the day after and sent pictures. This was on 10/30/24. On 11/20/24 I received a call to schedule them to come out for repairs on 11/25 between 7-9am. No show, contacted scheduling. They said they would contact the crew and call back. At 9am they did and said they would now be out the following day or the day after. I stressed to them that I need at least a 30 minute call ahead as I am a self employed plumber and I have a schedule and customers to take care of as well. The 26th I am on a job and guess what, I get a call from my wife while Im on a job "the garage guys are here" no call ahead once again. Now Im trying to explain everything to my wife that needs to be done to relay to the crew. Nearly impossible due to the language barrier. He says, cant fix today maybe next week. I call scheduling, Was transferred to customer service and customer service escalated me to their manager. After stating all my concerns to the manager on a 5-6 minute call, her response was "Ill call them and get back to you" no apology, nothing. 12/2 @3pm crew shows up as Im on my way out the door. AGAIN no call ahead and never heard back from customer service either after our communication last week. So now, I have to call my customer and cancel my job because I have to be home to inspect their work when they finish the repairs. They finish, I inspect the work done on the door rails, sign the work order and they drive off. Go to lock up the garage and now the slide plates on the doors dont match up to the holes on the rails unless I push down really hard. Im over it, Ill fix it myself. Cant count on manager or crews to do what they say. The only positive in the whole experience was ****** in customer service (not the manager) shes the only one who seemed to care and followed thru with our original issues. She should be the manager. UPDATE: Communication, not excuses is the solution. Everybody is in traffic, everybody is on the roof, etc. Whatever. I am out over $200 but the good thing is that my Uncle was planning on using Viking and Eagle for his building and so was my friend. That is my carport plus 2 more that you lost. Certainly you won't go out of business but I'll make it priority that you won't get anymore business of people that I know.Business Response

On July 17, 2024, Payment was made to install a shed on my property. The shed was install by unqualified workers. No manager on board for inspection. The office was contacted the same week due to rooftop leaking once we received rain. We were put on a schedule 2 weeks out for correction to be made. They sent the workers out about 3 weeks later to fix the issue. The same issue happened soon as we got rain in the same area of the incorrect building. They have been attempting 3xs to repair the same issue for the last past 4 months. Office staff is not helpful in matter. The company has stated as long as they have a warranty and attempting to fix repairs they are providing services.Business Response

I have three roof leaks in my building that was installed in 2021. My contract states that my vertical roof has a 20-year warranty. I reached out to Eagle Carport and spoke with customer service twice, and was hung up on twice by the same individual. I have attached my contract, in the workmanship warranty is the section that states about the vertical roof being covered. I would just like to talk with someone from Eagle and get it repaired. I am very happy with the building and can get someone else to repair the issue, but if it is warrantied, I feel Eagle should remedy the issue.Customer Answer

In regards to Complaint ID: ********:
The installation of this structure took place in April of 2021. Per our Purchase Agreement and Terms as provided by the Customer our Workmanship Warranty provides a 90 day warranty on the unit, with any concerns being reported within 30 days beginning the date of installation. The 20 year warranty referenced is a Limited Warranty on the paneling. This limited warranty covers the paint quality of the paneling (Chalk, Fade, and Film Integrity). This limited warranty on the panels does not include provisions for leaks. Clause A under Workmanship Warranty defines the 20 year warranty on the paneling as limited. Unfortunately since this has been over three years from the date of installation, with no issues reported during the 30 days from the date of installation we would not be able to warranty this work under our 90 Day Workmanship Warranty. We do have options available to the customer which include a site visit to determine the cause of the leak (which does incur a fee) if that would be an amenable solution.

On May 8 ********************************************************************************* *********. I also showed the dealer pictures of my structure and the dealer stated install will not be a problem. Dealer advised me Eagle Carports in ** will be the installer. Eagle Carports called me on 5-13-24 to confirm order, measurements, carport was being placed over existing **************** requirements. On 6-3 & 6-7 Eagle requested site pictures. Eagles response on both dates was ok and let us know when youre ready for install. Then on 6-10-24 Eagle requested pictures again, & again I sent them. Eagle stated they will have to come out and do an onsite inspection, I will have to pay a fee of $150 with a cashiers check made out to them. Why I asked, Eagle stated to be certain carport can be installed. I asked why the sudden uncertainty, and was only told they have to when dealing with existing structures. 6-13-24 a crew of 4 with Eagle came and approved my site and handed over to me an approved site inspection form. Later on 6-13 ****** an install manager called me and stated I will have to pay and additional $500 to place the roof on my structure and the dealer would be in contact with me to sign a revised contract. Few days goes by and I contact the dealer & the dealer knows nothing about revising my contract but will contact Eagle & call me back. A week goes by, dealer claims he sent revised contract to Eagle(I wasnt asked to sign) Eagle says not received. This rolls on to 7-30-24 Eagle now claims they lost the measurements, will be returning to site but no charge to me this time. Still No mention of revised contract I still havent signed. 8-9-24 1 crewman with Eagle came, measured the site and left. On September 3, 2024 almost 4 months have passed now Eagle calls me and stated we are canceling your order, we do not install over existing structures. Eagle has known since 5-8-24 and approved the site but refuse to refund $150. Dealer refunded DP 9-6-24.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Let me clarify, Im not rejecting Eagle Carports response, but I cannot accept it either. I have dealt with so many inexcusable and senseless lies from Eagle Carports over the past 4 months, their word carries no weight with me. So no, its not over yet. When I receive the refund check, only then will I be able to accept.
