    On 10/2024 I ordered a garage from Riverside Structures with a deposit down of $497.70. I was advised 2 to 3 weeks wait time and I would receive a phone call one week prior to install. It's now November and no call from them so I called to inquire about the structure. They advised "2 weeks" they would be out. The end of November no garage. It's now December and I start to ask if they are capable of installing this garage. No response, no calls. The beginning of January I was told I would be refunded. After speaking to the manager and owner they advised there would be no refund for the cancelled garage on their behalf. The manager advised over a text there will not be a refund and they have cancelled the garage I wanted. The manager advised over a call he would not refund "out of spite". Poorly ran business and management at these and the sister(s) locations. Universal structures.

    On October 7th,2024 we contacted Riverside Metal Structures for them to build a 30Wx30Lx10H steel building in ***********, ****. Riverside Metal provided us with building specifications, photos of how the building was going to look, with typical building diagram. In order to obtain this special price we had to make a deposit in the amount of $2,603.60 which was done on October 9th,2024. We went to obtain all permits and they needed a diagram of our building not a typical building. We contacted Riverside reference want we needed and have not received anything. Then a contractor for the concrete company, ****** ******, called to say ready to come and lay the concrete. No one has looked at our property to say if it needed leveling or marked where building was goint to be built and no permits issued. Advised them at that time we wanted our money back and concel the contract. Then they were going to fly ****** out to look at the property, they were paying because they want additional $500. No ****** & no phone call for the no show. They called wanting our buisiness and advised them just our money back. Called on 10/25 3 different phone #'s and not answer-left message. I then contacted our bank for fraud complaint. This $2,63.60 was put on our debit card for we have not closed on our new home yet. We have called several times different numbers and no answer & left messages. They have called us and we return the call at the number received from and not answer/left message. Nothing. We have asked to talk to talk to at least 2 people we were contact with at the beginning and they are no longer employed with the business.

    We placed an order for a carport to be installed on our property and made the deposit in August 2024. A few changes were made to the order to increase snow and wind ratings and the contract was updated in late September. The problem is that the company has not given us a delivery/install date. We have made several calls into Riverside regarding the matter and we have been handed off to the manufacturer. No one is able to give us a date for installation. We have asked that our money be returned if the cant install the carport very soon as the ground will be freezing making the install difficult and leaving our coach exposed to the elements. There is some sort of employee turnover happening with the head of the company leaving about 2 weeks ago. We are concerned on many levels that we will never get the carport installed and that our money will not be refunded. The deposit we made was approximately $1,200.00.
