Purchased brand new Sea Doo Switch in May 2023, used it 32 hours and it broke on us less than 60 days after purchase. Never even had its first service yet, and its hardly broke in good. Didnt even get one full summer or fall to use it. They have done everything they can to waste oir time and play games between claiming we have said things that are lies. Even upgraded tops and seats and added them on but we have never been able to put in the water after these additions. I've wasted so much time calling ****** and waiting for calls back. This place doesnt have a tech to qork on it, and it ran after they had it, now these scam artists aretrting to say we did something to vois the warranty on a Sea Doo boat motor. Im sure they will come on here with some sorry excuse or reason that oir warranty was voided or why ita taken months and months of call after call, where they had replaced the starter, lost our keys, and sold us more seats and accessories than the boat and ever hold, which we have yet to even use. Took it in for service/repair Labor Day weekend, but still nothing ut loes and doing anything they can to void oir warranty. As of today 12/10/2023. One thing after another because they dont know what to do to fix it, and one excuse after another from the stealership. I would never recommend buying one of these or buying it from here or anything else from these liars. Over $60,000 weve spent on it and we still have no boat to use and no care from the seller! I dont even trust it after we get it back now because it seems like there are so many issues, on a boat with 32 hours. Don't buy anytjing from this place, don't trust them, because we did and they dont know what they are doing apparently. They have told us lie after lie then they blame us for the motor being bad. Incompetent at best. It ran when we took it to them! They will take your money then try to s**** you, trust me. ***************************** PS - This is the first of many many places I plan to post this. ??
