What is the worst experience. Ive been there a few times before always good. Sunday stopped in ordered a small salad and mama special.Upon coming into the restaurant, we are set down at a wet table. For a long time for a gentleman and I use that term as being polite. Asked what we wanted for our meal and disappeared. About 15 minutes later he brought out a salad that had been kept in the refrigerator, very not fresh but like it was made two or three days before. A short time later, he brings out the main meal. We watched him with other customers and when they said they wanted a box for their food, he gladly took the food and put it in the box. Treated them with respect . My wife and I are 70 years old and we were treated like we should not have been in there that it was only for young kids. When we finally got the box for the pizza and the salad, the box was a small box that we could not even put all the pizza pieces in it stacking them. The bill was $35 and change. At that point, I came up and asked for a manager when no manager was there I asked for their name and the stores phone number. Had nothing but hassles and all the young kids running the establishment no adults. Bunch of grab playtime and disrespect for customers, call the next day and ask for *********************** and was told you have to call him in the morning then Wednesday morning no time no understanding. When I finally got told 10 oclock to call by then, the assistant manager hung up on me. I would never go back. Such a disappointment on how you treat older customers. I could never recommend any store or restaurant that treats customers the way I got treated. The biggest thing was my mistake of not going to ********************** that my wife asked me to go to. There we are treated properly.
