    Whatever you are thinking of building or remodeling, Jason Parker is NOT your guy. Don't do it or you'll be here next leaving a review. In summary, our new build had the following problems.- All hand rails and cables were not to code. Local inspector and the builder signed off on them and I had to have them rebuilt.- Not one piece of flashing was used on any window, door, or sill plate where the multi-level deck was attached. We had water leaks every which way.- I was left with an incomplete home. Multiple plumbing fixtures and sinks were not connected, even after receiving a C/O. - The crawl space foundation had zero ventilation vents installed. This is not only a code violation, but the local county inspector also signed off on it. - The builder was delayed from nearly every aspect of the build and had nothing but constant excuses. - The grading and drainage against the home was not done correctly, even after having extensively discussed this with the builder as a primary concern of mine during the build. We had water intrusion and weeping blocks from not being properly sealed or drained.
