On October the 16th I spoke over the phone with Angel about a puppy I had seen on their website. We talked and so I put a $200.00 deposit on the puppy we had discussed. Since then they have not answered or returned any of my phone calls, nor have they answered emails. We have left a message indicating we are wanting to see the puppy in person and had planned on driving down there. Since we have had no response from them we are wanting our $200.00 returned.Business response

Hi,
Angel has reached out to the customer and the customer said that she was still interested in adopting the puppy. If that is the case we will not be refunding the $200 deposit that has reserved the puppy for the customer and will be applied to the total remaining balance of the puppy.
