    On 7/26/22 I paid a retainer of $245 to schedule a photo shoot. On 8/8/22 we had our photo shoot with the photographer. The photographer gave very little direction and seemed in a rush. I paid The remaining $300 in cash and gave a tip of $60. He assured us that he would edit the photos and get them to us in a couple days since editing takes time. We received them the next day 8/9/22 the pictures turned out terribly. There were shadows all over our faces. The quality was nothing close to what they post on their website. My sister-in-law and I contacted the company and after multiple times of them saying they would get back to us and not, we finally reached them and scheduled a reshoot for 8/11/22. On 8/11/22 we confirmed the photo shoot with the photographer. When we arrived at the beach at 7:30pm for the photo shoot the photographer was not there. They were on the wrong island even though the company set up the photo shoot location. The reshoot never happened because it would have taken the photographer 35-40 minutes to get to us and the sun was going down. My sister-in-law contacted the company on 8/13/22 and they agreed to edit the photos that were taken on 8/8/22. They said that the owner Kevin would contact me on Monday 8/15/22. On 8/15/22 I left a voicemail and sent a facebook private message in the evening. I heard back through facebook messenger at 7:33pm and was informed that 3 photos had been edited. They asked if the edits were headed in the right direction. I responded that the 2nd and 3rd edited photos still have shadows that make shapes on our faces. The company never responded. On 8/16/22 my sister-in-law contacted the company through facebook messenger. The company informed her that the edits would take about a week. On 8/26/22 I asked the company if the edits were done. They said that they would check on the status. It is 9/3/22 and I have not heard back from the company or received edited photos.
