              I am a disabled veteran with a fixed income. I was told by management that my rent must be current in order to apply for assistance with county programs that offer rent and utility help, as well I was told the same thing for the HOPE program. They said they would work with me on paper but when you try to do that with them they demand the rent and will not work a payment plan with you. I spent 960 dollars to be caught up and it didn't need to be caught up in order to apply. I was advised by Floyd that I needed to be current. I just had a child and I was broke and still am broke because they outright lied to me and my family and they threatened us with eviction even during the moratorium. I absolutely needed the money for my child but they won't work with you at all under any circumstance. They lied in order to profit from me and using the government programs as well to collect. I need resolve this isn't right I'm below poverty level.

              The tenants that ******* president of Floyd management rented my house to did over $15000 damages in one year. She is more concerned about getting her money than the care of your property. The money is not worth it if the tenants she rents to destroy your property. I lost over a years rental income in damages, she got paid, lost nothing and does not care. Do not trust Floyd Management with your property.
