    On May 21st 2024 I placed an order for a couch in the amount of $1498 and was told that it would take 5-8 weeks for it to be delivered. I did not receive any sort of tracking/order number so I had to call repeatedly over a 3 month period of time to get updates on the delivery date. After repeatedly being told that the order was delayed, I canceled my order and the owner promised to send me a full refund via check. It has been nearly 2 months since then and throughout that time I have made half a dozen calls to the business to get the status of the refund check. Different excuses have been made each time such as "someone was supposed to mail it but didn't" or "I'll try to mail it today." The owner also said he would email me the tracking number or the check twice, but didn't. Now the company is unresponsive when I call both via phone and email. This business is a scam and I want my money back.

    This business is a joke! Ordered on 8-5... called them after about 2 weeks cause I never got a shipping email... said they do shipping appointments on Monday and Tuesday and someone would call me to set it up... nothing... called next week... items in warehouse waiting for shipping company someone will call me... nothing! Another week... paperwork got misplaced he will schedule it personally and call me back... NOTHING! now it's been almost 3 months and company will not answer phone... emails get an automated response or undeliverable... I want my $$ back!!! This is a rip-off!!! This business should be investigated for fraud!

    We ordered a bedroom set from this company. On 2-27/2-26 they withdrew $3563.99 from our checking account. Reference number **** They were to deliver to our address within a two week window. The company has never called us to set up a delivery date. I have called the number numerous times ************* phone rings but no one ever answers. We have emailed this company numerous times with no reply. Our order number is ******* ***** We would like a full refund. I originally filed this complaint on may 24th but understand your company had an error. Thank you for any help you can provide. ****** ****

    I purchased a 5 piece bedroom set by telephone from My Furniture place in August 2021. After a promise of delivery in the beginning of October 2021 - the delivery didn’t occur until the 2nd week of December 2021. Upon delivery both the delivery company and I noticed the the mirror included with the armoire was unacceptable due to poor craftsmanship, marring, pitted and the finish. I called the owner Jerry that day and he promised me a replacement mirror to be redelivered when he could make arrangements for another delivery. He stated that he would contact the manufacturer directly. Obviously I am now in August 2022 with no mirror and have spoken to Jerry 2 times by telephone since January 2022. On both occasions I was assured he was arranging a delivery. Which has never happened. I’ve tried calling 3 -4 times a week during business hours and no one picks up the phone. I took it upon myself to contact the manufacture directly and was told they do not deal with consumers directly. The company spokesman stated that after they received my calls over the 8 or so months they spoke to Jerry directly in house when he came to pick up other furniture 2 weeks ago. Jerry promised the manufacturer at that time to call me and send me the mirror. The manufacturer refused to give him his order unless he promised to call me and rectify this issue. A week ago, the manufacturer was called by me to give them a status update. No call from Jerry, nor any delivery company or a resolution on getting the mirror I paid for. I am requesting BBB to file a complaint on my behalf, seek resolution on me receiving the mirror with further delay and any costs the BBB deems necessary. All I want is the mirror for my master bedroom set. I didn’t want to resort to filing a complaint concerning this. Unfortunately, Jerry (owner) doesn’t answer calls, emails or any form of messages. Jerry has deceived the customer and the manufacturer on so many occasions it’s entirely unprofessional

    there has been no communication of any form from the business in question. I spoke to the manufacturer who provided me with another furniture company in the state of Delaware that might be able to help obtain a piece of furniture in question. I will provide receipts for the purchase of the mirror as well as gas and tolls to go and pick up the furniture personally. I would ask BBB, for the complaint to go further as for reimbursement from my furniture place in North Carolina.
