    Should be zero stars.DO NOT EVER let this tow company take your vehicle to their lot. We recently had an accident and the police officer at the scene had already arranged for the tow company, and when I went to collect the car, they hit me with a $765 ****. There were several of the typical "admin" and "convenience" fees on the ****, and even some other fees for use of what seem like standard equipment like the winch and a "snatch block", $30/each. This is like a restaurant charging you extra for using their cutlery. We were waiting on insurance company decision that ran up 11 days at $20/day, but the REAL kicker was a $200 fee for a "** ENF-260", which Is actually the LT260 Form required by law if the vehicle Isn't claimed within 10 days. The form Is FREE to submit on the ***** website and looks like It might take 5 min tops to fill out and complete.I will of course be disputing the charge with the credit company and am *****% sure I'll reclaim that money. When I called to give them the opportunity to refund or reduce this fee, I was given the blow-off "this is the fee too bad we aren't doing anything about it or changing it."A person of lesser means might've lost their vehicle altogether as a friend pointed out, and might face credit problems too when they send the collection agents after you. VERY sketchy and borderline criminal enterprise this company.
