            I have a Prius hybrid battery from Green Bean and I purchased the life time warranty. The battery has failed and I have been approved for a battery replacement as per a May 31, 2024 email from Green Bean. I was assigned ticket #WRNTY00056902 and was told via the email that I would be contacted to schedule the replacement. It is now June 17th and I have not been contacted. My attempts to get information from Green Bean have failed; no timeline or useful information has been provided when I contact the company via phone, text, or website 'chat'. Please schedule my battery replacement immediately.

            I BROUGHT A HYBRID BATTERY FROM THIS COMPANY AND NOW THE BATTERY IS GIVING ME PROBLEM. I TOOK MY CAR TO THE MECHANIC AND FOUND OUT ITS THE HYBRID BATTERY, I SUBMITTED EVERYTHING TO THEM A WEEK AGO, UNTIL NOW NO ONE'S REPLIED TO ME TO LET KMOW ME WHATS GOING AND MY WIFE IS GIVING BIRTH SOON AND I HAVE NO OTHER TRANSPORTATION BESIDES MY CAR. IF I KNEW THIS COMPANY WAS LIKE THAT,I WOULD NEVER BROUGHT THE BATTARY FROM THEM , BUT YET THEY ARE SO QUICK TO PICK UP THE ***** TO SALE YOU BUT YET CANT PROVIDE ADEQUATE AND SUFFICIENT SERVICE WHEN NEEDED WHEN ITS TIME FORTHEM TO REPLACE THE MALFUNCTIONBATTERY , NO ONE IS AVAILABE .EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, CERTAINLY WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE TO BUY A HYBRID BATTERY FROM THEM.
