    This company provides the worse service. If I could rate the service I have received today which is none lower than one star I would. I am only choosing a one star because it made me. I attempted to pay bill a few times but the office was closed before and after I went to work. I reached out to a board member to inquire about paying my bill and to have my services restored. The board member assisted me as much as possible and instructed me to get a money order to pay the technician when he arrived. The technician took so long to arrive we had to get back to work. So I left the money order for payment for him to collect and restore my service at my residence. The technician took my money order(s) and left without restoring my service. I called the office number and the emergency cell number. I left messages and no one would return my call. The cell phone owner then turned his cell phone off to prevent receiving calls from me. I can't believe that they actually took my money and did not provide me any service. There a list of complaints regarding how poor of service this company provides.
