      I used to live ******** recently moved out in the beginning of december. MAA trinity is now asking for $7,000 due to the damage that were made but i never had any issue living there . the management accused me of spilling grease over the balcony which i never did. Theyre charging me for actions i never did with any proof. i would to get this off my record. my name is Taronds ******

      Since I have moved into this community I have had nothing but issues. There are ants in the community gym, almost ALL of the equipment is broken and there is always water overflowing from the disposal leaving it full of dead bugs right next to the wipes for said broken equipment.The plumbing in my building is all connected and water overflowed from my toilet while I was gone, causing it to leak into the apt below. The company that came to remove the water from the carpets told me he had been out numerous times before I moved in due to this being a constant issue saying "I have seen it bubble up from the tub. could be happening when you flush at the same time as the upstairs neighbor." There is also only ONE dumpster for the entire place leaving me to have to drive my trash to the back once or twice a week. In order to pay rent, you now have to connect your bank account or they charge $48 to use a debit or cc card, and charge a $75 dollar a day late fee when the lease states $10. I was hesitant to move in here due to all of the negative things I had heard, and there being dead body in the neighborhood pond two years before. I was told it had changed since changing ownership but *** is a company I would probably never rent with again. Never have I had so many issues with billing/fees and community amenities being unusable.

      Apartment complex is charging my senior parents and I fees, when we had withdrawn any intention of living there within proper time frame. No lease was signed. No one lives there from my family.

      As documented, the leasing managers at Spring Creek harassed me repeatedly without cause and caused angst for myself and child throughout our experiences in this community. The management company was in breach of contract throughout my lease, failing to maintain the property as documented. There were at least 4 head managers and 4 maintenance crew members rotated out while residing here, and the firing of another manager. The only manager who stayed was openly combative as reported by staff to residents and experienced by residents. Work requests were ignored by management and not completed. The management team has brought fraudulent fees against me, for repairs I am not responsible for. Prior to moving out, the combative manager who caused conflict for residents and employees, further insinuated in writing, fraudulent damages would be filed which I addressed at that time. Additionally, a former head manger had already confirmed I was clear of any identified charges. I was warned by employees months earlier that predatory practices at this property were common and they would come after me; they were referred to as modern slum lords. Due to my credit, my deposit was only $125. Upon move out, the combative manager charged me a miscellaneous $125, in addition to a very large $111 water bill, $802.23 carpet bill, and a $40 cleaning bill; the total is $1,078.23. We have done nothing wrong and left the apartment overall, in good condition. I have never been charged by any apartment rental upon a lease expiration. I am demanding the fraudulent fees be eradicated and removed from collections, and for the management team to leave my family alone as they had been already asked before my departure. Whats interesting is out of all of the managers they have gone through, they keep the one causing the most problems.

      We are now approaching 2 months on this issue. I was supposed to have a refund check of $178 at the end of April. After a few weeks I was finally able to get answers, the check was sent to the wrong address (even though I provided the correct one through email) I updated them with a new address and I was told they would resend the check to the correct address, I was supposed to receive the check latest June 3rd, It's now June 18th, I have no check, and no update.

      Dear,************* I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you regarding the deposit I submitted for the property **************************. As you know the plumbing failed and we had to transfer to ************************. I want to make sure that your records were accurately updated as discussed on multiple occasions and that your organization has not lost track of my $1388 deposit . I vacated on 16-February. I have not received any communication or the corresponding refund. I understand that these processes can take time; however, I would like to inquire about the current status of my request and when I can expect to receive the refund.       7/5/2023 This was the date sent to *** to document MAA's commitment to replace the blinds, quantity one above the main street entrance door, and quantity four in the living room. Imported from Yardi WO# *******.*** keeps stating that they call with no answer. There is no record of any calls made. They keep completing the maintenance requests with no resolution.

      Our apartment unit flooded on September 1st. This led to over $10,000 worth of property damage and prevented us from living in our apartment, forcing us to stay at a hotel. Most of the damage occurred due to the mishandling of our property, rather than the flooding itself. We were constantly mislead as to when our apartment would be ready for us to move back in, so ultimately decided to move out as we could not afford to continue staying in a hotel. MAA did not help with any of the costs of the hotel or loss of property, and is now seeking $2500 in fees for us moving out. We also owe $300+ in electric bill for the power that was used after September 1st.

      Hello my apartment complex has recently charged me for attorney fees and court cost all before my late fee ***** ****** was even over. Did not give any opportunity to pay my balance before adding more fees to my account to than tell me that the eviction process starts on the 9th to which that is not my full late ***** date to pay the amount for rent and late fee they gave me only 3 days after paying a $70 late fee but not honoring the dates to go with the late fee. So I paid the fees even though I never got a receipt, anything stating it was charged to my account instead I was brushed off and told this is how they have been doing the leases to which is legally not correct if I am paying a late fee, then why am I not giving adequate time to than pay my rent and late fee? Instead they are charging me for an imaginary attorney fee and court fee to which they still have not showed me any proof that it was sent to court especially because Im 4 days late with a ***** ****** late fee that was charged but not honored
