    I applied for the apartment and canceled it before the application was ran, called and confirmed cancelation with manager who stated I will get refund sent to me via mail. It has been 31 days and still no refund and they have been ignoring my calls and when I spoke with someone today the leasing agent advised me she has nothing to do with my money its corporate issue , I asked her if she could contact them she stated no and she can't help me that's a me issue. They took my money so easy and now refusing to refund it back to me the leasing manager is very disrespectful and refuse to contact her regional or corporate office to assist me. I need my money back I have bills and things to pay this is not ok. I have been attempting to contact them for over a month now

    **************** ****** has already been issued his refund.  The refund is mailed USPS.  **************** expected it to be put back on his card, however, we are not set up that way.  The refunds must go through our accounts payable department and our payment system.  We have been in continuous communication with *****************  He is receiving a full refund.
