When first applying I was genuinely happy. I have been dealing with homelessness for some time due to domestic abuse I got a case worker who helped me to get a ******* housing authority voucher. With the voucher dead lines have to be met I was told July 3 I would be moving in after I pass inspection. It failed the first time the following Monday I was told the same thing by ******** property manager everything will be good to go on Monday . Keep in mind she has filled out voucher information by this point and sent it over to ******* housing which locks me in the with that particular unit the unit failed inspection again July 11th she then told me she promised everything would be good to go the following week it failed again.. finally everything has been fixed on unit as I was explained by ******** but for some reason it seems I just have been getting the run around I lost my job due to this situation because I was supposed to be working from home and dont have a home to work from ******** explained to me shes waiting on ******* housing but ******* housing has reached out to my case worker stating that it indeed is not ******* housing and shes waiting for ******** to answer or reach back out mean while anytime I ask ******** she says comments like let me do it while it while its on mind Ill call her back not hear from her for days and then shell say oh I called yesterday no answer but the last time we spoke she makes it seem like she acted on it that day nonetheless I asked her to email so they can set up final inspection which will pass and allow me to pay security deposit which I have ready to go . I have lost my job and my hope to put me and my children back in a place and it truly saddens me that Im still waiting ******** now has gone on vacation ***** her assistant never knows whats going on and its overall frustrating if you have the option dont go here I have no where else to go because Im homeless so Im praying things work out
