I turned phones on in FEB 2021, I have to contact the stores and businesses managers every month for the last 7 months because they have not gotten my bill right. I want the credits that were promised to me, my bill corrected correctly and maybe even some more credits for the constant inconvenience o have endured for 7 months. It's not as if I have gone talk to somebody and they correct the issue. I have had to go to the store, send several emails, make calls, stay on hold for 45 to 50 Minutes before I hung up cause nobody picked up the phone.Business response

On 2/6/21 I traded my iPhone 6 in for an iPhone 12 pro at Victra, ****************************** ********. Verizon Corporate is stating that they never received the phone from Victra. I contacted Victra and they transferred me to Verizon Corporate. I have made multiple calls to resolve this and it's still not resolved. Victra Invoice ************* shows $699.99 credit and it also showed that I paid $551.67 for the balance and additional items that were purchased that day. Verizon continues to bill me for a phone that I should not continue to be billed for as the phone was paid in full on 2/6/21. I should also receive a credit for the months that I have been charged.Business response

July 29th I opened an account with****** at victra wireless threw verizion and she made a mistake and opened 2 separate accounts between me and My wife , after 3 weeks of me contacting her and the store there has been no resolutionBusiness response
