    Ordered a holster 11/25/23 was told it was back ordered and they expected it 12/29/23. I emailed them for an update in January with no response. Since then I have sent several emails and left messages about my order again with no reply. They have now taken down their website.

    I ordered handcuffs for a law enforcement friend of mine as a Christmas gift. The website stated ***** days for delivery. This was at the beginning of November. I received a second email stating it was delayed. It is now February and I have sent multiple emails with only one response. The response I received had a link to the order. The link is now disabled and I found them on their new site. I emailed them multiple times with the order number. Still no response.

    On October 16 I ordered a pair of boots and paid $150. They were on back order in December I began asking for a refund. Nobody would answer me. Now they are closed permanently

    I have ordered items from this vendor beginning 05/07/2022. After an extended wait per order I was given for a refund or store credit. I chose store credit twice for different orders placed with supposed in stock items. I have never received either the product or response sine Dec 2023..I am requesting a full refund or immediate shipment of items. I do have all email correspondence dating back to 05/2022. I have alot of documents to upload and working on size to meet your requirement

    Placed online order on 11/24/2023 and was immediately charged for the purchase which had an estimated delivery timeframe of **** days. Was informed that my items were on backorder with an ETA of 12/29/23. January **** comes, never received items and they still show the same ETA which has now passed. Emailed customer service two times and initiated an onine chat about new ETA and received no response. Requested my order be cancelled and money refunded on 1/26/24, no response received to that email and no money has been refunded.

    Placed an order with mad city in November and was told they were backordered. I contacted them and the delivery date kept being pushed back. I am no longer able to get ahold of them for a refund.

    I completed an online order on July 21st 2023 for 4 items with a total of $167.76 which I was fully charged. 2 months later I reached out to their customer service due to the items not being shipped. Only after reaching out did they ship out 2 of the 4 items. More than 6 months later they still have not fulfilled my order. I have reached out many many times to their customer service and they have not responded to a single email about my order.

    I placed an order on 11/23/23. As of today, 01/19/2024 I have not received my order nor have I received an update on my order. I have attempted to contact the seller twice via email as well as the chat feature on their website with no response. There isn't a phone number listed online to contact the seller and they specify they are unable to take calls for customer service.

    I purchased a watch from mad city outdoor gear. I was told it would arrive December 29th 2023. I have never received the product. I have made several attempts to cancel the order and have asked for a refund. Each time they have stopped talking to me or never replied. I tried to talk to someone on their "live chat" and they won't reply any more. I have sent several e-mails and no one calls you back when you call the number and leave a message. Super shady unfortunately.
