I was charged insufficient fees by a charge that was done in error. I was very shocked that I was told by my credit union I have been with for years to call the company that made the error to tell then to pay me back. I did exactly that and they said why should they have to a pay a fee they didn't charge.

I am submitting this compliant as advised by the SEC director of the Atlanta office before submitting a complaint directly with the SEC. After reviewing mortgage documents, I have reason to believe that misleading and deceptive practices were used to make me believe I was entering into a contact for a mortgage "loan" when in fact it appears to have been a trust agreement. I have requested now three separate times for information by a Qualified Written Request under RESPA which SECU has failed to provide. Initnally they told me that they were not going to accept my documents which they are required by law to provide. Once I submitted a complaint with the **** then did respond but said that my request was overly broad and again refused to provide the information. I sent another request, very simple requesting the **** accounting of the "loan" and they refused saying that it was confidential and proprietary information. I have invoked congressional interest in the matter to assist with **** who denied me putting in another claim stating it would be considered a "duplicate". ************************* is the trustee listed on the deed of TRUST who has failed to respond to any of my mailings. He has a fiduciary obligation as trustee to provide information in regards to the transaction. I hope that the BBB can assist in finding an equitable resolution to this matter.

I am rejecting this response because: it is generic and I have not formally received a response from SECU. I will however wait adequate time for further communication from SECU.

      Sincerely,

Several companies were taking money from my checking account. I filed a dispute with the Credit Union. I filed a police report like my bank asked me to do. The bank only gave me a part of my money back. The deputy said I should file a complaint with the **** Bureau to get the rest of my funds.

While in the mist of looking for house for me and family i noticed some incorrect reporting on my credit report. The reporting in particular is the one from SECU (state employees credit union) they have reported 3 accounts as charge off across all 3 credit bureaus. i know that per my rights act 15USC 1681(e)(b) and i have yet to receive a 1099-c. this should be removed as soon as possible, how is these charge off still showing on my credit report when you can report income on your credit report. i have sent in multiple complaints to them, and to the ***** this is making it hard for me and my kids to move forward with daily lives. please delete i know my rights and this is in violation of it.

I have late payments from STATE EMPLOYEES CU/PSC on my credit report. I have been on time for 99% of my payments. The months that report a late payment was due to an ACH payment issue with my bank and I was never notified about it. I would like to ask if upper management could submit a request to the credit reporting agencies to remove the late payment
