Raised money for my sick dog for his vets bill. He was put to sleep. I haven't been able to use my card since I was told I need a 4 digit pin and I was never given one. I keep trying to reach the number on the back of the card which it isn't even a toll free number its a number to a ***** remodeling company. Left several messages and never get a return call. Sent many emails to the CoFund my pet email still the same result. No reply. This company needs to pay for what they are doing to the helpless animal owners of people who have sick animals!! This is absurd!!

We started a campaign in September for my dog on this site because it ensures funds go to vet bills. We thought our donors will have security in knowing that this is ONLY for our dog Apollo's heart surgery. The campaign raised $1500 and we were set to receive $1385 of the funds. I requested the debit card and received an email on November 10th that my card is in the mail. It's been ********************** sight.I tried emailing and no response. I contracted them via Instagram. No response. I even found the founder's link on LinkedIn and sent an message and waiting for his response. What's worse is that I received notification that the site is shutting down as of 12/13. We need to transfer our funds to our card before then to use. This is beyond frustrating as we are trying to pay for my dog's heart surgery on 12/26.
