A friend was starting up doing lashes and she was looking for models to do lashes on for discounted price. Being a friend I wanted to support her March 2,2022 I had an appointment with her @ 5:30. She randomly text me ask to put my information in on this other website and I was busy at work and also running errands when she was trying figure out what was going on with her website to see why it wouldn't let me choose todays date. The first time she made my appointment she manual enter my information in and I just received and email. So I asked for her to send me her address since I was already out running errands. So I get there at 5:25 she gives me her Apt # to come in. We talked and talked and finally got started on lashes. Was done around 9:30-9:45. There was glue stuck all under my eyes so I ask if she can remove it she did. My eyes were burning just a little but she had gave me a fan so it helped just a little but the glue was still fresh. I paid her cash. I drive home i turn the air on to cool my eyes & I continue to fan my eyes when I got home. I went to sleep so I can get up for work in morning. I wake up and my eyes are in soooooo much pain I went to try to take a shower I was in so much pain and when I touch the lashes they were super hard as an rock my eyes are painful and both of my eyes are bloodshot red. I had to take lashes off ( I get my lashes done alllll the time nothing new to me) I can barely open my eyes I tried everything to stop the pain. Thursday and Friday I had to miss work cause my eyes were bloodshot red and in so much pain, and couldn't keep my eyes open. This never happen before. I reached out to her that very next morning. And she didn't care she only said sorry and go to doctor. My eyes had chemical burns and I ask for my money back for pain and suffering which was only 30 and the disregard that. She's not license so I told her I can report it but I wanted to Atleast ask for money back. But she decline so I'm taking it up to board.
