Today was supposed to be my sons 8th birthday party. It was not amazing or magical. It was burnt pizza and no laser tag, no go carts and slow unorganized employees. Everything that the ****** covered was canceled or broken. Rude staff, no energy. Im in a wheelchair not stupid. The staff member, this man was rude. He came up to me like he had a problem that I complained. His aggression didnt intimidate me.The other party there was also complaining. This was a c*** event. But the best part is that I had to go in a closet full of junk. No one helped get through the junk closet. The other party member was trying to help me get through when a bench fell on us. I have the video. I want my money back complete refund. We were screaming for help. In this dank closet. How is it we are yelling and your staff did nothing!!!!!!! This is basic human decency. Normally I would say training is needed. But no , Everyone of the 3 involved in our party, hosts and the male staff member in the blue shirt need fired. He was too rude for me to ask his name. I told him to get away from me.By law handicap accessibility must be present. Why did I have to be squeezed through a storage closet to join everyone else???????Also whoever owns this location, when I told the manger that the cheese is burnt their response was that the cheese wasnt burnt. It just looked burnt.Im not uneducated when it comes to food, she. Is used to manipulating the customer. The fact that she would rather tell the customer that yeah its not burnt. It looks burnt. . . Like people are stupid.
